Our experience at The Monarch over the past 9 months has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we moved in, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the commitment to resident satisfaction. The community is beautifully maintained, and the amenities provided make everyday living convenient and enjoyable.One standout aspect of our time here has been the outstanding support and assistance we received from Morgan. From our initial inquiries to the move-in process and beyond, Morgan has been incredibly helpful, accommodating, and responsive. Her attentiveness and genuine care for residents were evident from the start. In fact, Morgan's exceptional service was a deciding factor in choosing The Monarch as our home.Additionally, we greatly appreciate the peace of mind that comes with having a 24-hour concierge service. Ronnie, in particular, goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel safe and supported at all times. Whether it's receiving packages, providing helpful information, or addressing any inquiries, Ronnie's professionalism and dedication are truly commendable.Furthermore, the sense of community fostered at The Monarch is truly remarkable. The management team organizes engaging events and activities that bring residents together, creating a warm and welcoming environment that feels like home.Overall, we couldn't be happier with our decision to call The Monarch our home. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-managed living space with exceptional customer service. A big thank you to Morgan and the entire team for making our time here so enjoyable.

The application process feels like a scam. I was denied due to roommate having low credit score even though my credit score was 787. Then when I called they try to state insufficient funds was also an issue. I contacted Rent Grow for my tenant screening and I was advised by them that insufficient funds was not an issue. Overall, the application process was a joke. I never had an issue with other apartments for someone else’s credit score. Save your time and money and look else where. I definitely dodged a bullet with this place since I found a much better apartment. I should have read the reviews before applying and yes it does smell like marsh in the area.

Moved into the Monarch in 2015. Love living here has a lot of amenities and all the people that you run into are always so friendly. They keeps the building very clean and they’re always there to help if you have any questions.

The new maintenance team have made great improvements. They painted all the hallways, always make sure the carpets are clean, and they changed all the light fixtures in the hallways. Very happy with the new team! Any time I have put in a work order someone is quick to assist.

I’ve lived here for about 6 months & my experience has been great so far!•The amenities are awesome & always well-maintained. I love the room across the gym for stretching / other workouts. The gym itself is equipped with a lot (weights / some machines / cables) which is SO convenient. Also LOVE all the mirrors to watch your form. Having 2 courtyards is pretty cool & I love the views for both + the pool. It’s very peaceful. The club room is modern & great to hangout in. Another perk is there’s a kids room which not many apartments offer.•The apartment is spacious too. I appreciate high ceilings & having 2 entry-ways for the bathroom. Also love the walk-in closet space! Unfortunately, my unit had some scratches on the hardwood floor & some chipped lock buttons for the windows prior to me moving in, but it’s tolerable.•The concierge team is great! They make living here really safe & smooth. They’re also organized. Specifically, Gustavo, Ronnie & Nick are so easygoing, helpful & friendly. I genuinely appreciate that team & all they do. ??•Maintenance is also very quick to respond and handle issues. I have experienced 2 superintendents (John & Kamille). Both have been quick with replies & sending assistance if I need it. I always see someone from maintenance doing some form of upkeep & I appreciate seeing that because I know our complex is being maintained.•I also enjoy the apps they recommend to download during move in. You definitely feel like you’re apart of your own little community with event updates, photos posted, etc.•The food trucks every (or every other) Thursday are #yum! Love food trucks & although I’m not always around to take advantage of it, I appreciate this.I’ve seen comments on the elevators not working & although I’ve experienced that a handful of times, it’s not often. I also assume they’re not working because someone is moving in at that time & has reserved the elevators, but who knows.I don’t have many cons except minor issues like some floor scratches & a few chipped lock buttons for the windows… both of which were there prior to me living in the unit. Also experienced dealing with someone who was very rude during the application process, but I don’t believe that individual works with the complex anymore.Overall, living here is a good experience & I would recommend it!OH and I personally enjoy the view of American Dream & MetLife.. especially when there are games or concerts! The fireworks are also super pretty whenever they have them & the highway isn’t as noisy as you would think. ?

I’ve personally witnessed major improvements recently with the upgrades implemented by the new team here at the Monarch. More specifically, Kamille has been super pleasant to deal with. You can tell he really cares and is making an honest effort to provide a better living experience here. Things are definitely trending in the right direction!

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year now and are very happy with the Monarch. The leasing team, maintenance, and concierges have always been incredibly pleasant and helpful. We really appreciate the security of the building - we never have to worry about our car or packages. All of the common areas including gym and pool are well maintained. The building is right next to Route 3 so it does get a bit noisy if you’re on the side facing the highway, but that doesn’t outweigh the positives for us. Overall we’re very happy with our experience!

My boyfriend and I moved into our apartment at the Monarch on December 29th 2023 and we already have so many good things to say about our experience. I am someone who reads reviews, and prior to our visit, I had read about 200 reviews about the Monarch, most of which were very good, yet they do not do it justice.I can’t say enough about the professionalism that Myra Acosta, the property assistant manager, has displayed throughout our interactions. She’s been promptly responsive to my calls and emails, making for a very smooth moving experience. Myra definitely went above and beyond in her prompt response and accommodation regarding a parking spot, something my boyfriend and I are very appreciative about.Kamil is also very professional. He provided us with the keys and a quick inspection of our apartment on our first day. He made a note of a blind needing replacing, which I came home to find replaced the next working day.The concierge are always courteous, friendly and helpful They work hard to accommodate. On one occasion where one of my packages was delivered prior to my move-in date, the concierge on site reached out by phone the person who had signed, to help locate the package.We are extremely happy in our short time of living at the Monarch. The property, and especially the staff, by far have exceeded our expectations.
