The woman working at the store was extremely disrespectful. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the shopping experience unpleasant. This is not the kind of service one expects.

I went to this location to purchase a ring I was really excited about for my birthday. Upon arriving the store was really crowded so I did not take it personal that no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help with anything. I decided to leave and come back before I left the mall. I was excited to see the store was completely empty when I arrived back. When I walked in all the employees looked at me as if I was non human. I proceeded to look at the ring again and after 3 minutes of them staring I finally decided to ask for some help. The lady looked over at another employee and asked her to help me while she continued to stare. A white couple walked in shortly after I started to ask a couple questions about the ring. The 2 ladies that were available immediately greeted them, asked them what they were shopping for and proceeded to help them with smiles on their face. I was so uncomfortable and honestly taken back by this experience. I thought maybe they just had poor customer service however, this was an issue of race. I love their jewelry however, I WILL NEVER spend my money with this company ever again. I will be contacting corporate about this matter, and I hope no other person of color have to experience this especially on their birthday.

This store does nothing but give us issues. We’ve bought a few different pieces from this store and tried to go back to either get something fixed or an extender for a necklace (even stating we’d gladly pay) won’t serve us unless we show proof we bought the piece from Swarovski. Which is easily proven because their products have their logos.

Very lovely lady I met working their yesterday. She helped me in the store but also suggested other stores in the mall (for shoes) when I had trouble finding some. She was kind to me and my partner. I believe her name is Lori but just thought she needed some recognition.

On 8-3-21 i walked in at 7:50. The young lady came aggressively saying “ we are closed and i cannot help you with anything “. The store closed as 8. They lost a $600 purchase over an employee. She doesn’t own the store she just works there. Very bad employee. Will never come here again. Extremely rude. Expensive store with rude service. This location will not be open for long if this rude lady doesn’t change her attitude. Walked out at 7:52. She slammed the gate so fast and so loud. Definitely do not deserve this.
