Very lovely lady I met working their yesterday. She helped me in the store but also suggested other stores in the mall (for shoes) when I had trouble finding some. She was kind to me and my partner. I believe her name is Lori but just thought she needed some recognition.

Typical Swarovski store. Beautiful display. For those that collect Star Wars pieces, you should definitely visit this store. Knowledgeable friendly employees.

Great customer service. It was my birthday and hubby spoiled me. Very nice staff, greeted us as we entered the store and offer to help get my size to try on the rings I liked
