The place that always makes me see sports shoes that have a good reputation in terms of the strength of the shoe and its medical properties that do not cause pain in the foot. The place is located on the ground floor of the American Dream mall.

I think the associate that helped me, the tall female with the highlights in her hair, was the manager. She went out of her way to help me find the sizes I needed and oriented me in buying more than one pair which I appreciated, more options. She was great! Very helpful and kind.

Associates should be retrained guy with glasses talked me all the way out of store,! It's one thing to give great customer service then it's another when you annoy the customer while there trying to shop !!!!!! Will go to another location.

In fact negative for customer service at store 1 American dream mall, the lady was super duper lzy rude and sad.I never had this knda bad exp ever. I took my brother with lots of hope he wanted to buy 7 pairs of shoes for gift hardy he got only 4 pairs. He thought this how the shop is, actually that service is not we expect from skts shop.I hv been several skech shops in canda as well, they should train their stuff. Her attitude was, i am getting paid who cares customer. Just like she show middle finger.

The tall female employee with long brown hair first told me they didn’t have a work shoe I asked for then went back to get me another pair in my size and never came out of the back. As young man employee with glasses went to check for me and he came back saying that she was unable to find my size. Then I asked if they had the work shoe again because that girl was just acting weird, and he pointed me right to them! he was very helpful after that but I just cannot figure out why was up with that girl! Bizarre!

I’m a young woman who normally wears Vans and has issues with sizing footwear, the young man who helped me today was excellent and went above and beyond to help me get the right comfortable shoe that’s still in my style. Never thought I’d buy Sketchers but the guy (I think his name was Brendan? brent?) was awesome and they’re damn comfortable!

This review is for the employee Sheyla who helped us today. Sheyla came right up to us when we walked in, and my young daughter was comfortable telling her exactly what she was looking for. I was having a rough day physically and I got to sit on the sidelines while Sheyla talked my daughter through the various styles available and brought maybe a dozen pairs of shoes for her to try on. I'm thrilled and made sure to get her name so that I can write this review. Thank you Sheyla.

I'm assuming that the person we met inside was the manager. Our interaction with her however had us leaving the store without any intentive ever coming back here again. If this was a Star trek episode I would say she was a Vulcan but with even less personality.Any interest we had in the store we gave up on learning about it two sentences in talking to her. We felt on welcome and felt that she did not even want to be there. or at the very least she did not want any customers in the store.Well mission accomplished!#sketchers #badcustomerservice #willnotreturn #badmanager
