It was organized & whatnot. I was asked if I needed a basket/help. I replied “no thank you, just looking” & I was received with a stank/attitude look. I felt pressured etc to buy something in the store after that, thankfully I didn’t. Next time don’t interrupt people who are just looking around, when help is needed it’ll be asked. Train your employees better.

Upon arriving, I asked an employee for help and clearly she was not in the mood. I asked for a sample of a scrub and she told me “no, sorry, we ran out of sample cups for the day” with a stank attitude. I proceeded to checkout with my items. Catherine pulled me from the line since I was paying with a CC she was able to ring me up. She asked me if I found everything ok and I asked her if it were possible to grab a sample of something. I showed her what product I wanted to try and she was nothing short of sweet and helpful. She opened the drawer to get a sample cup and it was literally overflowing with sample cups. Safe to say there are some lazy rude employees here but Catherine was not one of them. Thank you Catherine for taking 3 mins out of your work day to help a customer.

Apparently Sephora has certain brand representatives in store who will try to push you towards their brand’s products without disclosing that they’re brand reps. My friend and I ran into two at this location, and we were not impressed.
We were looking for a shade match for the $30 Rare Beauty tinted moisturizer, and someone who I thought was a Sephora employee came over to help. She immediately said she would show me what she liked to use, and grabbed an $55 Estèe Lauder product. She asked someone else to help my friend out, and the same Estèe Lauder product was pushed on her. There was absolutely no visible difference between the two when they applied them on our faces. We asked why we should spend more money on the Estèe Lauder product, and what it had that the Rare Beauty one didn’t. They had to ask someone else to compare the ingredients, and explained it as “the Estèe Lauder one is mostly skincare ingredients that are really good for your skin”. We also noticed that the Estèe Lauder one felt way heavier and stayed sticky for longer, which were features we expressed that we wanted to avoid. It goes without saying that we did not take the more expensive product home.
The draw of Sephora is that there are so many brands and products to choose from, and that you can try everything to find the right fit for you. Brand reps who masquerade as employees only give their specific brands a bad name, and deter people from coming back to the store. I’m not saying I’ll never ever come to this Sephora again, but I will be extremely wary of any employee offering assistance going forward.

The worst Sephora I place buy online pick in store order it took at least 20 min for me to received my item the client in-front of me his order got lost so they had to pick up his item up again I had to stand there and watch the associate go around the store pick his item up .. after she comes back her system goes down so another 7 min I should have just pick the item myself and go and pay for it never again

Jeffrey was so amazing with helping me find multiple items. So friendly and knowledgeable. I’m middle aged and he found products perfect for my skin and needs. Bernie was also awesome and introduced me to a game changer for rosacea. Picture of product attached.

This Sephora location in the American Dream Mall. Of course my tween had to stop in the last time we visited the mall. This location was pretty crowded, due to it's location. The staff were very helpful and my daugher and her friend used all the samples they were interested in, and had a pleasant experience checking out. I'd definitely recommend this location to all of my fellow TWEEN parents.

Sephora fell short of my expectations. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I expected better assistance and more respect for gusts.

I went to purchase a lipgloss and they charged me twice on it on my card. But they told me that the payment didn’t go through and they refused to give me the lipgloss. I asked what I should do, they said talk to your bank. I got my money back originally and then they took it again. And then I went back and talk to a manager, and she refused to help me so they stole money from me and they refuse to give me the product, even though I showed them Proof multiple times. And the original associate that helped me was very rude and he rolled his eyes at me when I asked for help when I asked for a manager originally, he told me was not available, and I was told to leave the store not wanting to cause a scene and having Social anxiety I did what I was told by very Not standing my ground and demanding for a manager don’t want to be a Karen, but they were extremely rude and refused to help me at all.
