I had an incredible experience with Johanna in the fragrance section at Saks. She listened to what I do for work, the people I interact with daily, and the vibe I wanted to create, and she absolutely nailed it! Since wearing the fragrance she recommended, I’ve received nothing but amazing compliments. Every time my scent lingers in the air, people take notice. I purchase a fragrance once a month, and I’m now looking to Johanna as my go-to for guidance. She truly understands how to match scents to lifestyle. Highly recommend!

They have high end clothes and perfume selections here. Heavy on the perfume which was good for me. Staff very helpful in helping you decide what to buy.

Came to this store to purchase a gift card.
The cashier was staring at me like if I would ask her to sell me drugs!
I picked the card, gave her the amount, asked to pay with Apple Pay - and then she just froze.
She called the manager, but non of them would help and suggest any other ways to get me the card; both were absolutely not helpful! I’m deeply disappointed by the customer service!

I went looking for a very specific shoe style in a size 11 or 12. They really didn't have many options. Maybe one pair. In the beginning, the sales person helping me was very kind. However, I noticed a significant shift in attitude as soon as she realized I wasn’t going to buy shoes that were a different style that I was looking for. At the end, you could tell she was annoyed. It was like I was being shamed for not buying a style that I didn’t want to buy. I’ll never go back to this store.

Purchased sunglasses and the quality started to deteriorate after just 4 months. The gold plating is becoming silver. Saks says they will not do anything about it. Will never buy from Saks

Gorgeous store. With high end brands. Not much merchandise in this location, seems to be a lot of empty space. I was greeted twice and offered help while shopping . Great staff.

There should be an option for zero stars. Saturday August 3, at the shoe department, terrible service from attitude to walking away because they didn’t have the size I needed and I didn’t want to order without trying it on. She left me sitting there without saying a word but just leaving me with the shoe that didn’t fit (older lady with a bun) the younger lady with long hair was on instagram the whole time while taking photos of herself through the mirror in the shoe dept. Saks must be hiring anyone who walks through the door. Next I go purchase strum and Chanel make-up and the lady from Chanel gives me attitude because someone else was helping with my purchase. I predict this store will shut down soon.

My girlfriend got me a versace shirt here with the regular receipt and gift receipt and jessica was very rude when she tried to return it, made my girlfriend feel super uncomfortable. The tag was in the bag I removed but realized it didn’t fit me so I asked her to return it. Actually I look at the receipt now and it says ASSOC: 216754 Justine. I think she gave me her wrong name , how unprofessional

I'm baffled by all the bad reviews. Maybe they went during a holiday season when it was super busy. I went on a Saturday and was helped immediately by Anthony in women's apparel. He was friendly, attentive, and helpful! There was a good sale going on, so I decided to stop by; my item turned out to be 50% off! I quickly browsed the women's shoe section, and the associate there was friendly as well. No one was around in the bag section (Bottega, Chloe, Givenchy, Saint Laurent, etc), but we were just quickly browsing anyway.
In the past 5 years, I've been shopping more online because customer service everywhere is either rude or nonexistent. I either get a stare down or blatantly ignored. When you need help, no one is around. I've always shopped online from Saks, but will definitely return to this store in the future based on my experience thus far.
Edit: I realized the security tag was not removed so I ended up "removing" (with hammer and pliers) it myself since I do not have a Saks near me. Just be mindful when you're checking out!

I had a wonderful experience at Saks Fifth Avenue in the American Dream Mall thanks to Aneesa. She was incredibly polite and helpful throughout my visit. Aneesa was not only kind but also very quick in assisting me with my purchases. She took extra care in packing the gifts beautifully, which I really appreciated. Her excellent customer service made my shopping experience delightful. Highly recommend seeking her out for any assistance!

Horrible customer service. Received a used pair of shades that were supposed to be brand new. When I returned it they claimed I used it. The staff here works together to make sure their only goal is commission and not the customer experience. Will be filing with the Better Business Bureau and I suggest if you had an issue with them to do the same. The manager Alex needs to be fired, and the one behind the returns desk pretending to be a manger needs to also seek mental help.
