All I have to say about this place, is that they are not pretentious! The staff here are actually really friendly and approachable. They do not jump down your throat either or oversell you anything. Jackie, you are amazing! She's the best. So down to earth and was very attentive and fun. She made my experience is this store one to never forget. Super patient and never got annoyed once at my indecisiveness. I definitely felt welcomed here.

You have to wait outside even if there is one person in the store. Seems pretty odd because COVID restrictions are less enforced. I went up to the guard and he told me I couldn’t come in? Very odd experience. Then the manager looked up and down at me and still said no.

Very poor customer experience with this store. Would not accept a return from a different Saint Laurent store.Update: just went to the Short Hills Mall location and received excellent service

I visited this store recently and I believe I was assisted by the store manager (jennifer) on the second level. And I just have to say… she has the most dry personality I’ve ever witnessed in a luxury store. She was very unpleasant and unresponsive to every question I asked.. it’s like she didn’t even want to help me. Really disappointed and dissatisfied.

The security men at the door is racist and don’t let a little kid get a picture on a wall of the sign of the very dumb store , fired him asap and re training all of this loser , because they had very poor customer service ,never buy at this location again.

I just love this store!! The sales team is wonderful!!! They are all so warm and friendly No air about them like you tend to find at other high end stores. They go above and beyond. My personal shopper Rob who is AMAZING!! He is so patient and takes his time to figure out what the best options are for you. He never rushes you. He makes you feel like you are his best client and I appreciate that level of service. It is not like any other store I have been too.

Elijah was super helpful and attentive! Came in looking for a cherry red bag and he brought out so many options for me from the back. He made the experience super enjoyable and even brought out champagne to celebrate my new bag! Thanks so much! Can’t wait to come back.

We had such a lovely experience with Elijah. He was highly attentive and helpful. There was a large selection of items in store, and he was quick to order additional items we wanted to see. We’ll come back for all of our YSL needs :)

The service at this store is impeccable. I purchased a handbag from a known department store and my item was scratched up which made me believe it was a display and that store did not do anything but offer it to be conditioned. I bought it to Saint Laurent and they not only removed the scratches they greeted me me offered me something to drink. I would recommend shopping here before purchasing Saint Laurent items at a department store.

I called here and asked if they had a specific men’s style boot in stock, they did not have it . I asked which men’s dress boots did they have in stock. Their reply was I had to go in because they have a few styles. I asked if they could just text me pictures like every luxury store does including Saint Laurent. They refused to send me photos after explaining and pleading to them I can’t drive 40 minutes to just take a look they finally said OK will send you photos never sent anything. The service here needs to tighten up. I’ve been shopping at Ysl for 20 years If you looked up my buying history you would say wow. Shopping is supposed to be a fun experience experience this was the complete opposite

I was in shopping for a wallet and one of the managers was helping me as everyone was assisting someone’s else. She seemed uninterested in helping me. After I decided I didn’t wasn’t making a purchase, she walked off whispering the word “ghetto”. I’m appalled and disgusted.
