I can’t say enough about the services from PersonalRx. My 93 year old mom in law just moved in. So the world has changed quite a bit. But the staff and service at PersonalRx have made a huge concern of managing mom’s meds so much easier. They are delivered to my house and put in times pouches. It is wonderful and there is no reason for error with the meds. Everyone I have dealt with so far has been pleasant m, knowledgeable and so helpful. So happy I found them!!

We are very pleased with this company dealing with my husbands prescription medication. From the first phone call the rep was excellent and took care of everything. The past several months we have dealt with Roberto. He is beyond good. I’ve had to make a few changes and within the hour he had everything taken care of. The personal approach just excellent. I feel like they know us and our situation. Plus this service is of no cost to us. Once the medication is delivered we receive a text. Just perfect! Thanks to everyone!

Three times there have Not been my Mother's 4 pills in the blister packs, 3 whole pills, Amlodipine, Metoprolol and 1/2 pill, 0.5 mg. Fenofibrate!!! I Didn't Mark Down the First Two days but Only 2 pills were in the blister pack of 12-1-23 and I called for the third time about this and I got to talk to a pharmacist on the morning of 12-1-23 but he said the screen shot showed 4 pills were packed in the blister pack for 12-1-23, but I had Double Checked with my Mother to Make Sure She Hadn't Dropped these 2 pills and She Said No!!!! She Said One was a Small Round Pill and the Other one the 1/2 pill, the aspirin and the fenofibrate!!!! I Don't have a car and She No Longer Drives Now to Check!!! Thanks Very Much!!!

This company has taken the worries and kinks out of receiving, organizing, and taking my many medications. I am in the medical field and was very hesitant to hand over any control of my medication to a non-local pharmacy, but I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They are so attentive in every way; giving me my own assigned personal assistant and pharmacist , calling to make sure everything is perfect to my wants and needs before and after each months very organized medication shipment to me. When I call with a question or even a request, I have never had to wait on hold and am immediately connected to a live and clear speaking person who is always knowledgeable and accomidating. This company is so professional and customer friendly, and so quick to make sure I am happy with every detail. The attention to my questions, requests and needs, as a customer, has far exceeded my hopes. In the end, this company makes me feel so comfortable and at-ease with my medication needs and management. My out-of-pocket cost is exactly the same co-pay as my local pharmacy. Also, since my PersonalRX pharmacist groups all of my medications together by time of day for each day in little packs (each pack clearly lists the time, date & meds), and are each perforated in a roll that is easy tear, easy open, and easy to stay organized. This benefit has proven to save me so much time, as well as helping me to avoid missed doses of my important daily medication. Personal RX has made my life so much easier. My dad’s aides were having a hard time keeping up with his medication and now if they mess it up, they have to be Hellen keller! Labeled with the date, day of the week and time of day the medication should be given, make it so easy!
