Store Manager Chris is extremely rude and dismissive the associate turned to him implying that item was worn when it never was don't whisper in front of customers

They were so busy adding things I didn't ask for onto my purchase that they didn't realize (or maybe they did) that they sent me home with a broken piece. Now I have to go back to replace it. Took forever to check out with one register.
