Continuous charges even though I canceled my membership months ago. Thank for for credit card protection otherwise I’d be out over a grand. Avoid this cult like location.

I've learned that taking care of your mind and body is the best thing you can ever do for yourself. Do not underestimate the progress you can make if you keep showing up and doing the work. With my OTF ER family, I found an environment of encouragement and growth. The fellow members are inspiring, and the staff and coaches are very knowledgeable and give hands-on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. They really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals, and I am seeing results for sure. It's a life changing gym experience, and I highly recommend it to all my friends and family. I am certainly satisfied and have been blown away from my experience at this facility. I love everything in orangetheory.

I had the misfortune of joining Orange Theory, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. They don't care about helping you get fit; they're just out to squeeze every penny from your pocket. Firstly, you have to buy the heart rate monitor (around $100) and the membership ($190ish) to join. And after paying all that then they have the audacity to deny you entry if you're a mere 2-5 minutes late. Also they charge $12 on top if you’re late. My sister, who's never been late before, just got booted out for being just 2 minutes behind schedule. Their policies are downright shady, designed solely to rip off their clients. Oh, and forget about canceling your membership; they'll drown you in paperwork and then conveniently point to the contract to trap you in when you try to cancel. They made me pay for an extra month even after I'd already tried to cancel. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this money-hungry establishment. This will be THE WORST GYM EVER for you actually care about working out because they do everything in their power to not let you work out even though you’re paying for it.

Not one to typically leave a review - HOWEVER - greatness must be recognized! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. After joining just shy of over a month ago this is, hands down, the best choice I’ve made training at Orange Theory, East Rutherford.VERY friendly & MOTIVATING team/coaches who make me actually want to go train. (it's hard enough waking up at 5AM to get there and they make it all worth it). All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. The music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome. (Coach Cam - you take the cake for BEST music).I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

My experience at this studio was truly enjoyable, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Coach Cam's approach is inspiring, and the community of members creates a sense of camaraderie that adds to the overall experience. While circumstances led me to move away, I genuinely look forward to returning in the future. If you're looking for a studio that feels grounded and welcoming, I highly recommend giving this place a try

The workouts are fine but the real scam is the membership agreements. They let you sign up for it and say it’s 30 days risk free and that you can cancel anytime and when you ask they repeatedly tell you it’s 30 days risk free and then proceed to charge you for the next month at the full price even if you cancel before the next billing cycle. All they repeat to you is sorry it’s in the membership agreement and there’s nothing we can do. I was told you have to be a member minimum two months (was never told to me at signup) and that the 30 day risk free guarantee is a separate thing and that you have to take a certain number of classes for that to activate. So it’s indeed not risk free. After the first month is the promo price from then on you pay minimum 89 dollars all the way up to 189.

I joined Orangetheory at the end of September and it's a great place to go for a workout. All the coaches are great. I love the energy and vibe during the classes. The 5am classes are the best. The group at 5am is so friendly and motivating. It's a great way to start the day. The front desk staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating even at 4:45am. The only thing I would change is the freezing temperatures in the studio in the morning. It's January and the heat isn't on so it is very uncomfortable to weight train or run/row.

I recently joined Orange Theory Fitness East Rutherford, and it has been an incredible experience. The trainers, including Renata, Cam, Leigh Ann, and Michelino, bring an unparalleled level of enthusiasm and energy to each class. Their focus on proper form and correction, coupled with positive encouragement, makes every workout challenging and rewarding. The front desk team, led by Meg, is not only polite and helpful but also incredibly attentive to member needs. The facility is spotless, creating a fun and motivating atmosphere. The camaraderie among members adds to the overall positive vibe, making every session a blast. If you're looking for a fun and rewarding workout, I highly recommend Orange Theory Fitness East Rutherford.
