This review should have no stars at all. This company is awful three times they have scheduled to either deliver or pick some thing up and not shown up. They don’t care at all this last time. I have been waiting for a medical hospital bed to be picked up that has been scheduled four separate times. No one shows up no one calls back. This is the worst company I have ever worked with.

Today 02/03/2022, I had the worst experience of my life in this location. First of all, I was aware today that my mom's insurance company has not paid yet to this location the orders supplied since October last year. This topic was brought to my attention because I was calling to clarify my order. The supervisor did not want to explain my concerns, and he told me to call in a week to see if they get paid first. This is so rude and unprofessional. Also, he mentioned that he does not know if my mom's order is wrong as he needs to look for the prescription first. So I asked him if he could then look for the prescription, and he said to call in a week. Is there someone else with that I can talk about this issue?
