“Getting blood drawn is never a fun experience but the team at Northwell makes it as pleasant as possible. I have been to other labs where the technicians are not skilled and end up hurting you badly. At Northwell the experience is much better. The location is clean, the staff is friendly and the draws are always quick. Today I had a large fasting blood draw of about 15 vials and they were so nice. They let me lie down, talked to me to distract me, let me stay in the chair as long as I needed after and the draw itself was a light pinch. I would highly recommend northwell over any other labs for any bloodwork.”
“This office is the best Labcorp I've ever been to....really, the best lab. The office is clean, I never have to wait much at all, even as a walk-in, and the people are really wonderful. It is very difficult to find my vein but the staff is wonderful and rarely have a problem - Sanjiv gets it every time first time! I highly recommend this office for any of your lab needs!”

“The whole process seem to be good. Created MyQuest account and made an appt online. Got a text to check-in 10 min before the actual appt time, and got called in at the time of appt. I made sure to have printed copies of all the needed tests on hand. Place looks clean and my tech Maria was wonderful! In and out in 15-20 min.”

“I'd really love to thank Narda, the phlebotomist at this lab, for such an incredible lab experience. I'm extremely phobic of blood and was very fearful of getting lab work done. Narda put all my anxiety at ease and was a true cheerleader during the appointment. She was extremely fast and so kind and empathetic to my phobia. I felt very seen and heard. I also noticed her high level of care for a pregnant woman in the waiting room feeling ill from a glucose test. Truly an angel phlebotomist! I will be coming here to see her from now on. “Dr Battista and his office is simply the best there is. Every staff member is exceptional from the front desk, nurses and both doctors. As my 18 year old gets older it’s nice to also have a woman doctor, Dr C to discuss sensitive issues and she is less embarrassed.Today I called at 4:09, two days before Christmas when I’m sure everyone wanted to get home. My son had sudden ear pain and we were told to come in right away. We were in and out within 45 minutes of my initial phone call and Dr B was his amazing, kind self!! It’s obvious their patients are their top priority.I always find it amazing with the large patient base they have, the doctors always remember tiny details to make the kids feel like they are their #1 patient.Not only do my kids go to Dr B and Dr C but 4 other nieces/nephews as well as a bunch of friends.I can’t thank this practice enough for their kindness and knowledge.”

“I went there today for a blood draw. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. It was the best blood test experience I’ve had. Not painful at all. I have a huge fear of blood tests and needles, however Ricely was so sweet and patient with me. She was great and I made sure to tell me what she was doing at all times.
