“Came to Mattress Firm after a bad experience at another store shopping for a mattress. We were immediately greeted and helped by Rahmir. He explained our options and was extremely helpful. Didn't feel rushed or pressured the entire time. A couple months later, the mattress we purchased ended up being defective. We submitted a claim which was an easy and quick process. Kelvin and Tony were friendly, professional, efficient, respectful of our house / and removed our old mattress and box springs and installed our new CPR mattress on our platform bed ? - in record time!
Also, communications with the Company are friendly and seamless (like when I texted a change in contact phone number the morning of the delivery ?)
