I had the most horrible experience at this location yesterday. I went in to turn in some back to MAC and browse some new products to purchase. I'm super familiar with MAC I can navigate through the store so I explained to the two MANAGERS on the sales floor that I was returning back to Mac and didn't need help seeing as they took their time to greet because they were in deep conversation by the makeup stations to themselves. I got the message quickly and decided to do the B2m and swatch so I can purchase online. However, as I'm checking out I can feel the mood change and the ladies become even more rude. Double teaming the registers making my husband and I extremely uncomfortable as if we weren't welcomed! The unfortunate part is that I am an former manager of the brand and super surprised to have one of "those" experiences.

Staff came over quickly and I redirected to the person who was going to buy cosmetics. Not even a word of thanks... moving on. Wall of mirrors & light here to try out product.

I had a wonderful experience at MAC. Sahara was amazing. She helped me find the perfect products to beat my face. Sahara is extremely knowledgeable and is definitely someone you should go to for help at MAC.

MAC is an acronym for Make-Up Art Cosmetics, products intended for the makeup pros, but sold directly to retail. In the American Dream mall, came in, greeted quickly, and I pointed the salesperson over to the customer that would be buying the cosmetics. Not even a word or look back of thanks on making an easy sale. -shrug- Wall of mirrors and light on one side of the store. Much fewer people than Sephora, much less crowded, and yet a lot of staff just standing by the mirrors/lights.

Small store but has all the foundation colors you need to shade match yourself. They have hand sanitizer, makeup sponges, and a few chairs for makeup to be done by in-store associates. There was a customer who was waiting to be made up. It's busy on weekends with only one lady working, so plan accordingly.

Sahara was extremely helpful today. I was trying to get a foundation for my mom and I wasn’t sure what color would match her. Sahara was helpful and kind. Thank you!

Sahara did my daughter’s make-over and make-up session. She was fantastic. She was very patient and professional. Highly recommend this store ❤️

I booked a shade matching appointment and it was amazing! Sahara was an amazing makeup artist and she made me feel so confident. I went from knowing nothing about makeup to everything. The products feel amazing on my face and I love how Mac prioritizes skin care. Thank you Sahara for this wonderful experience, you made me love makeup!!

I’ve been here twice and both times the employees attitudes were disgusting. The first time the lady smelled of poo and later on told me she had diarrhea because of coffee and kept going to the bathroom extending my time being that she was the only one. The other time the horrendous “assistant” manager literally argued with me in store over a return, the “manager” came in and fixed the issue the “assistant manager” gave me such unnecessary hell over. Won’t be returning, such a beautiful mall with disgusting employees.

Blair was absolutely incredible. From the time I walked into the store until she finished doing my makeup she was phenomenal. I went to get makeup done for my birthday and she did a terrific job. I will definitely be back for her again. Thank you Blair!!

VICKI!!!!!! You are THEE BEST!!! Vicki gave me the confidence to do my own lashes. Not by just telling “over time I’ll get better if I keep practicing”.. NO… Vicki said come here I will SHOW you. I’ll do one and you watch me and Then you do one and I’ll help guide you!!! AND I DID IT!!!!! I LOVE her forever!! She’s so patience and friendly and not pushy at all. ❤️❤️❤️

I went to Mac in American dream Mall and the girl who worked there was very friendly ، helpful and took care of my mom , giving her advices in makeup , her name is Sahara .I highly recommend going there and do a shopping because of her .Mac Cosmetics is so lucky to have her . Thank you Sahara .

Love the selection of lipsticks and eye liners here. The store is easy to navigate and has mostly lip products.
