Today, there was jardly anyone on the floor to assist! The guy in plumbing was helpful!
The employees are always willing to assist you. Brian in the paint department was extremely helpful with narrowing my selections and type of paint! This Lowe's in on my list of "go back to" .

Lowe's hardware store, lots of plants and seeds available during spring. Plenty of gardening options.

My only complaint is you can't get anyone to help you in the aisles. I asked for assistance with light bulbs and no one came.

TO THE MANAGER: I just walked out and went to Home Depot and purchased a grill. You have plenty of people employed but none that are actually working. First associate I told I wanted to purchase a particular grill, he said not him someone else and he’ll go get someone. 3 other ppl passed me and all said, not me. 10 mins later First associate never returned or sent someone. I went customer service desk. 3 women behind the counter, told them I wanted to purchase a grill, showed them the grill. 20 mins and standing there while the three women discussing nails. I asked what was going on, it should not be this difficult to make purchase, I’m told they called someone but they not responding. I walked out and purchased same grill from Home Depot. I won’t waste time going Lowes again.

Went here yesterday to get a gift and was met with outstanding customer service! Rob, Marlon, and Brandon all went above and beyond to assist me from the moment I entered the store. They even helped me with putting the grill I purchased into my car. They are examples of phenomenal employees. I cannot thank them enough for the help and wonderful experience!
