Tried to get to get an estimate for flooring, initial estimate had to be redone. Stopped at Store to move the process along last Thursday. Advised by the store associate that the estimate should be redone on Friday with the latest Monday. I received no call on Monday and called the store the same day to follow up, told to call tomorrow since the flooring guy was not in. So, I stopped by today (Tuesday). The store associate had no clue about the updated estimated. Asked to speak to a manager, no one came to the flooring counter. The store associate then returned and advised he had to call the flooring estimate center. Still waiting.

I love doing business with this store. It is professional, clean, well-stocked, organized, and they come through on their promises. Recently went in for flooring and doors for my home. Adam and Cloyd in the flooring department were an absolute class act. They got me what I needed and it was delivered EARLY! To top it off, they were genuinely nice guys who treated me kindly. Doors also arrived exactly as promised and in perfect condition. The delivery guys were wonderful, on time, professional, and took great care of my items in transit. Prices were great, especially buying in volume. Overall, another great experience here.

The team was quick to attend to my needs I was picking up (6) 5gal jugs and when I asked for help they came immediately. Rodrigo was the one that brought them to my car and was very nice. They were fully stocked, usually the waters run out fast. Nice clean place.

This Lowe's was a rough experience. The paint department was 'okay', it was messy and hard to find supplies. Prices were high for the low quality of the items. The checkout was a nightmare. Susan, an employee manning the self-checkout, could not give clear instructions at all. She would tell you to press something, then get an attitude that you pressed it. She would tell you to scan something, then get mad you scanned it. I told her I didn't know what she wanted me to do, since the instructions she gave were wrong and it was annoying that she was speaking to me in a disrespectful way. It took almost 7 minutes to check out 4 things because the machines themselves didn't work right, and then Susan gave horrible instructions and had an attitude.

Really the worst. I ordered a washer and dryer set and when I got here the washer was physically damaged, and the delivery people didn't know how to hook up a gas dryer. It took forever to get the refund sorted out as well. I've never been a huge Home Depot fan, but I ordered the same product from them and it was here in a week, hooked up in about 45 minutes.

I ordered a toilet online from lowes and set up installation through them as well. I had the toilet delivered to my home so it would be here for the installer hoping things would go smoothly. When the installer came and opened the toilet he found that it was broken. He called lowes and told them and then left my home. I called lowes multiple times trying to find out how I could get the toilet returned or exchanged. Each call I placed resulted in me having to wait for a call back because they were so busy. Everyone I spoke with said someone would be calling me to coordinate a return but that never happened. Finally I was able to get someone to help me load the toilet into my car and I returned it to this lowes location. The customer service representative was rude and obnoxious.

worst LOWES ever. My daughter was in there today 1/20/2022 at 3 pm and to make a long story short she was disrespected badly by one of the employees. He canceled her keys that were being made at the key center on his own while she went to get change from customer service to pay for the keys. As a result, she lost her money and he told her to call the number on the machine. Yes, his IGNORANT self said that along with yelling at her loudly on the sales floor because his privileged butt was upset because she demanded her money back. The manager was called 5x and never came until 20min later after the Vicious and gruntle employee started walking to the back. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

The delivery day and time window is a general one. Usually you can ask for or are given the actual window if you call the night before after they load the truck. You will get a call just before they arrive. I have never had an issue with the delivery times once the item is in stock at the store. I ask details of every step of the process so there are no misunderstandings. (I.e., how long does it take to get from their distribution center or manufacturer to my store. Once at store what's the delivery wait, etc ). If I don't like the timeframes given then I go elsewhere even if I need to pay a bit more. It depends on how much in a hurry I am for the item. I prefer ordering in stock at their distribution warehouse rather than not in stock. The wait is shorter. Since the pandemic out of stock deliveries take way too long. Not always Lowes' fault. It's the state of the situation currently. I always have to pay ahead of delivery if it's an installation of some type or custom fit item such as an attic ladder. In that case you need to make sure their installer is quick to respond. I have had great service from Lowe's assigned installers who were very knowledgeable of their craft. Again you need to ask specifics such as how backed up is the Instaler and get a commitment in writing.

With the upcoming holidays, I wanted to change the carpeting in my guest suite just because, wanted new smart appliances for my new home, that can be controlled by my smart phone. First stop was carpeting. Joe RR with the glasses made my visit exceptional. The money I am saving on carpeting is unbelievable. Very happy, and pleased with the awesome help getting the right colors, quality, style, and measurements. Thank you for an awesome shopping experience, can't wait to help the carpet delivered, and installed.

Needed some help from customer service. Usually that means being passed around from worker to worker until ya give up. However, this site is different, at least the customer service rep Louise was EXTRAORDINARY. She not only was very pleasant to work with, but she made sure I was satisfied and content. She went above and beyond! She followed up with me until we got the Lockers working. Thank you!

Lowe's in East Rutherford, New Jersey... Worst store ever especially in regards to paint department and service! Waited over 10-15 mins for help getting paint mixed. Then waited 1/2 hour for paint while there was no one on line... just us waiting for the staff to finish their personal chat. Three employees in paint section and so much wasted time. Other employees wasting time both unhelpful and unprofessional. Going back to shopping at Home Depot! I'd rather drive 15-20 than go there, which is 5 mins away. The Secaucus Home Depot paint department has excellent service!

Please, for the love of everything that is holy, do NOT order online and have anything delivered by truck from Lowe's. This is my second experience ordering something to be delivered by truck (big items, lumber, etc.), and it turning out to be a GIANT disaster. They farm out groups of items to different stores, all with different delivery times. You'll get calls the day before coming delivery windows, and that morning, confirmation for your delivery that day, and then EVERY. TIME. I get a call from the store an hour into the window saying "yeah we don't have any of those" and then they cancel the order. Both times have been a nightmare, and I've ended up just renting a UHaul and shopping and Home Depot. Until Lowe's figures out how to make this more friendly to customers, please spend your money somewhere else.

This store is a joke !! Always a issue !!! I spent between $10,000 - $12,000 dollars over the past few years at this store on my home improvements. Today I picked up a few painting supplies. Of course no one in the paint department. I just needed a few paint sticks to mix the paint I picked up last week. Here comes Mister happy in the paint department. I ask for a stick he looks at my cart and says you have no paint. No shit genius !! I bought it last week. He says ok and give me one paint stick. I said are you kidding ! No he says if u want more we sell a package of them. What a joke. I told him he was a asshole and walked away with my one stick. My purchases came out to $96 dollars and that is my last purchase from this store I will ever make. Hope is It was worth it genius !! Great management treat your customers like shit.
