I got the BEST customer service today!!!! Jordan, who oversees this store and the Hoboken store not only helped me track down an extra lovesac piece I needed, he made the process instant and easier than I thought possible. I LOVE my lovesac sofa, and so appreciate his help, and the amazing help from Jalina (sure I spelled that wrong). She called me back when I didn’t even leave a message and solved what I was looking for instantly. Buy one of these sofas from the American Dream store or Hoboken, you won’t regret it!!!

Jelina was amazing. She was patient with us as we bounced from couch to couch and answered all of our questions. She worked with us in picking the best configuration and fabric for our sactional. Super knowledgeable ! Thank you Jelina !

I had to come and leave a 5 star review for the 5 star manager, Erin. The service he provided was impeccable. From a customer service standpoint, he was incredibly attentive and it was truly a refreshing experience. He is such a warm and beautiful soul and that is so hard to find these days after lockdown is starting to lift. Please give that man a promotion! He is dedicated to providing a level of comfort and care that not many people strive for. I may have only purchased one item but I’ll definitely be back for my own love sac couch when I’m ready for the investment!

Amazing experience and very excited to receive our couch! Visited with my family and was Greeted and assisted by Erin and Jelina. Had a bit of difficulty locating the Love Sac area inside the BestBuy(it's in the rear of the best buy look for the turquoise). Erin and Jelina were very helpful and attentive. They listened to our needs as space was limited and helped us build our perfect couch. There was no pressure to purchase on the spot as is in most furniture stores. Pricing was reasonable for the quality of furniture we purchased. This is truly the most adaptable couch. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

If you want to be fat shamed, that too by a 'manager', stop by here and ask for Erin. They displayed the utmost unprofessionalism I have ever seen, stooping to real lows to try to make a sale. I had came with a group of friends, where he chose to pick on me for my weight. He proceeded to ask if I were pregnant, and I said no. He did not believe me so asked again, much louder that not only did my whole group hear but surrounding people as well. He proceeded to ask a THIRD time which was met by glares of my party, to which he replied along the lines, "oh so you're not pregnant, but if you are we have products for those expecting".There are so many other ways to explain what products this company has, but inflicting words like this on someone, which clearly made me and my party uncomfortable, were uncalled for.Messages to corporate were also repeatedly never returned. Apology from Erin was promised by corporate but never received.

Erin is AMAZING!! Super helpful even though my friends and I didn't buy anything and told us all I needed to know for whenever I come back in the future. If you're looking for comfortable couches there's truly no better place to look and talk with staff.
