I love the chocolate at Laderach! Val makes the experience so much better. She is kind and always helpful when we go to this location! Her work is truly special, and I can truly say that she makes the chocolate taste even better!

Val was so pleasant and courteous! The minute me and my daughter walked in she acknowledged us and had big smile on her face! You can tell she loves what she does. I appreciate her making recommendations as well she was able to connect with us. I will make an effort to visit this location again bc if Val!

My friend and I have been going to this Läderach location since they opened. From the start, Val has been SO helpful, patient, and kind. We have actually stopped in just to say "hi" to her and always enjoy seeing her! All of the staff at this location are very friendly and the chocolate is AMAZING, too!
