Waited 30 min to find out there hasn't been spicy chicken in over a month. The employee Tirso was extremely rude and giving everyone around me a hard time. Gave off a horrible atmosphere and people looked upset with how he spoke with them. I got annoyed too but tried to brush it off. Luckily, the manager was there to assist me with my order that they messed up on. Great food though, would've been much better if they had the spicy flavor. Would be 1/5 if the food wasn't so damn good. Tirso gotta go.

I had high hopes for this place, Popeyes is much better. Very expensive, Fries were cold, mashed potatoes were grainy, chicken was average, chicken tenders were below average, mange peach pie was ok, not amazing how most people rate it to be. Very

I came here with my dad on my birthday and it was the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. The servers were so nice, but it was very dirty.Kid-friendliness: They were so nice to my little nephew

I really don’t understand whats the hype regarding Jollibees! Waited a long time for it to open nearby to give it a try and was turned off by everything… Finally had a chance to order it while visiting the American dream mall with my family. I ordered the family bundle which was 10 pieces of chicken which included Legs & Thighs, and 3 sides. When i recieved my order, they literally give you 3 extra small sides ( Not kidding) I don’t know how thats enough for 3-4 people. They give you two sauces of gravy in a large cup which is so pointless yet they give you very small sides…. We also ordered 4 drinks which was flat and tasted like straight syrup…. The chicken wasn’t good as well. It has a kick of a chemical taste idk how to describe it. I believe it has something to do with the oil… Two of my family members noticed it as well. To be very honest with you, KFC & Popeyes is 100 times better than Jollibees. I paid a total of $55 for a family size bundle for 4 people and wasn’t even half full. I can easily spend that amount at KFC or Popeyes and still have leftovers for the next day. Definitely not what i was looking forward too and probably won’t try it again.

So disappointed… Been wanting to try this chicken for so long…. After a long wait with plenty of staff standing around, the counter staff was rude and worst part… COLD tenders for $22 dollars with one small pie… very

The food especially spicy fried chicken is delicious. But I had 3 negative experiences with them when they ran out of spicy chicken but wouldn’t post a sign or inform customers in line, and I wasted a good 30+ min waiting in line because the spicy chicken was all the reason I wanted to spend such a long wait for.Spicy chicken makes up like 1/3 of their menu and is what they’re famous for. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for to just give the customers in line a shoutout when they run out - especially given the fact that they ALWAYS have employees just idling behind the counter. As much as I loved their spicy chicken, I would never go back again.

The people that work here need extensive costumer service training. Abrupt and does not look at you in the eye. What is the problem?

I’ve had their chicken before and it’s good, not the best but definitely good. This time I tried the spaghetti and it was really good. I can’t believe I liked it as much as I did. I also truly love the great service you get regardless of the location. I went to the Jersey City location and it was as great and tried the mall location this time and the service on point.

On 2/2/2024, I visited the American Dream Mall with a group of designers for an off-site field trip. A coworker requested Jollibee chicken, so during lunch, I ordered a 3-piece chicken and rice meal for takeout to bring back to work later. Around 11:30 am, I waited 20 minutes for the order, which came in a paper bag without a handle. Given that I had another 2 hours in the mall, I spotted other online order bags with handles and asked the front desk for one. However, I was informed that those handles were exclusive to online orders and was offered a handle-bag for 10 cents. Lacking change, I couldn't purchase the bag and ended up carrying the bag in my arms for the next 2 hours in the mall. I questioned the policy, wondering why online orders received bags with handles for free while in-store takeout had an additional charge. Despite spending $14, I found it surprising and felt it didn't align with the customer service I expected. Next time someone visits Jollibee, it might be worthwhile to inquire about the disparity between online and in-store orders regarding bags with handles.

Food is delicious but took a while to be prepared. Also, the guy who prepares the order, Tirso (his name on his name tag) was rude with customers.

Chicken was delicious, juicy, cooked well but too salty to eat a lot of.The soda machine was not working as expected. The soda were all flat; the ice machine wasn't working.
