Faction is truly one of the best shops out there. I have to drive over an hour and a half to get to Faction, but it's worth it every time. Frankie, Kris, and the rest of the team have an insane attention to detail and always go above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly. Great communication from them whenever I had questions. Just a great group of guys that do fantastic work. Plus they have some cool cars!

Shipment of my order arrived super fast! The people at this shop put their heart, sweat and love to this craft. You don't even need a drift car to get serviced here, a simple oil change or alignment is welcome. They also will match or beat prices for tires. These are the most professional car enthusiasts you'll ever meet in the east coast.
