I get that business is busy, after not having what I came for in stores, I resorted to ordering online. 1 whole month later still no update on shipping. When I called in, their call center in the Philippines could only talk about my premium membership and has to be reminded of what I actually called for. I was very much looking forward to finally getting my order but finally decided to cancel my order and membership. Hopefully this can be addressed and corrected for the future customers.

She is fantastic, she is always happy and smiling. She is very helpful and diligent in her job. She has great customer service skills and shows great leadership. Everytime I go I go in empty handed and wind up leaving with something. She is the right person in the right position. This is my honest opinion, no one has forced me or offered me compensation for .my opinion. I recommend everyone to stop in this store and shop.

Just love the leggings , is so convenient being able to go to the store an try out which legging will fit and feel better !I ve been recruiting friends and family members to go with me to the store as clothing is a great quality , i try to go when they have sales as prices are a bid high but quality and fit are amazing !!!!Highly recommend, ladies at the store are helpful

I give this store 5 stars for customer service. I went in this past Saturday. I was greeted as soon as i went in. Everyone was helpful especially Lilly. She had all the patience in the world! She helped my husband and I with what we were looking for. She also showed us other option which increased the sale. She made it very personalized which is rare nowadays. Thank you!

Orders take way too long to arrive from time order is placed. 3 weeks!!! Such a bummer. Customer service is not great. Leggings are great!

Fabletics is now open in the American Dream Mall. There is a flexible VIP membership that they currently offer so you can save 25% on every item and exclusive member benefits. If you're a regular shopper you should look into this.
