Fair pricing. Animals worked fine, no issues. It cost about $1 per minute. They just ask you to do a quick check-out with a waiver and you are good to go. My kids really enjoyed it, especially my 2 yr old. Lots of space to drive around in, so kids felt free. A great option for an activity for the kids in the mall (great bribe :))

The so call claimed to be manager and one of the staff is so racist!! They both can speak Spanish! As soon as my kids got onto the rides. They were interrupted multiple times accusing of them not following rules! My younger daughter needs to be accompanied by a teenager. And that was not allowed!!!!!??? The staff and the manager did not attempt to stop other riders also has an accompany companion. 20$ for 20 minutes. These rides are not cheap! Spend your money elsewhere!!! Totally not worth it!!!! Waste of time, money and a horrible experience for the whole family!

If I could give a 0 star I would!! As soon as my kids got the ride, one of the staff kept harassing them. Our time for the ride were interrupted multiple times!! Accusing the kids not following the rules and had to check our receipt. Their rules were made up on the spot and was not written in paper or inform the costumer prior to the ride. The staff is very unprofessional and racist. She pick and choose which costumer to go after. She is an older woman and speaks Spanish very fluently. She never interrupted any white Americans whose doing the same thing as our kids of what she claims of the rules were. The manager of the place is as well, Very rude and unprofessionally handling this matter!! Do not waste your money there! It might looks fun and cute for the kids! But they will interrupt your ride all the way!!!
