They don’t have items in stock for days. Also, I had to use a discount card for a med not covered by insurance. They wanted to charge me $23. Walgreens and Walmart quoted me between $12 and $15. Also, I was in the drive thru line at 1:20. The car in front finished at 1:29 and they shut the window before I could drive up. VERY RUDE!!!!! Go to small pharmacies, much better service and prices. Some even have free delivery.

Customer service is awful. Young lady in the front was very rude. My in store pick up was not ready although i received an email stating that it was, and I was given a hard time. Last time coming to this location.

If I can get it -0 stars, I would. Every time I come here there’s a problem and the staff is clueless and rude. I called to pick up my prescription and they said in 30 minutes got here and they are looking at me like I have 10 heads saying it’s not ready. Meanwhile I got a text as well. I had sit in my car pull out of the drive through wait in a spot for another 10 minutes while they fill out literally one prescription and now there’s 3 cars in front of me and have to wait longer. This place is such a joke worst service!!!!!

A local pharmacy with all your needs. A bit over priced but can always catch a sale and don't throw away your coupons.
My niece is all into skin care and taking a walk to CVS browsing the cosmetic aisle is top tier.

If you have the option, go somewhere else this pharmacy department is the worst. Even when they don’t have a line they are so disorganized and don’t take the time to listen.
I prefer Walgreens 100% but my insurance wants me to go here. The drive thru needs an overhaul for customer service and if you call in you just get sent to voicemail. This place is severely understaffed. Unless you are forced choose another pharmacy.
But the store has a nice selection of live plants which Walgreens does not.

Just about anything you would need here. Plenty of parking. They were in replenishment mode when I visited on Sunday, so a bit cluttered.

i had the most wonderful experience at this CVS. I had to get a vaccine and had my 3 year old daughter with me. The pharmacist who gave the shot was so kind, attentive and it was overall the best customer service I have received. He was attentive to my daughter and just overall a pleasure.

The young lady with false lashes and the hand tattoo was incredibly rude and impatient while taking passport pictures for my children today. I went to staples and the accommodated us with a much better attitude and service. I will be not be going to that cvs again. Stop hiring young inexperienced workers who don't care about customer service.

This East Rutherford CVS store is well kept and clean. Staff are friendly and polite.
