I came from NYC in a Taxi for some winter Clothes on a Sunday at 1pm and it was closed. When you look for your store on the internet it says it's open until 6pm.Waste of time and money!

Note: This does not pertain to the outlet store but instead to the Columbia online customer service: ***Rewards member here. Buyer beware: This is why the online customer service is awful: i received the wrong merchandise (ok it happens) so i called to set up a return. i was told im being sent a mailing label - i have no printer (who still has printers at home in a PDF world now?). Then i have to take the wrong items to a ups store after i find somewhere to make a label and buy a mailing bag. And after all this, you still wont credit me until you receive them. This was your mistake. I will never buy from your company again.

Hi,I recently purchased a Bugaboo II Jacket with a zipout polar fleece lining. I really loved the jacket. But when I lost the liner running for a train in Norway, I've been unable to find a replacement fleece for the jacket.I've looked at Columbias shopping website, spoken with their customer service and warrenty service, all they could offer was a down liner with no guarentee of a zipper that would match the outer coats existing zipper. I've looked on Amazon, Campmor. etc. Nothing.So now I have a raincoat with very limited seasonal wear opportunities.1) I'm certain I'm not the only person with this issue.2) For Columbia, why make a popular jacket with a removable liner that is impossible to replace?Very disappointed customer,Linda
