Excellent selection of shoes at this location. The staff was very friendly. They measured my feet and made sure I was fitted exactly into the shoes that I wanted. The styles that they have here are very varied from modern to classic even retro.

I generally don't give reviews of stores as I've mostly had average to below average experiences, but I'll make an exception for this one. Alex provided truly exceptional service and truly went above and beyond, was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Definitely someone who's passionate about shoes and it shows. Suffice to say I ended up getting a pair of Wallabees. Easy decision.I'm not usually one for brand loyalty but it's thanks to people like Alex that make customers stick with a brand.

Was given the wrong size shoes. When I tried to exchange them no help in trying to locate them in another store. All sold out because the employee can't tell the difference between US size and UK. Sad customer ??

I stopped in tonight to buy a pair of dress shoes for a wedding. The lady that worked there was super helpful. She had every size, and was generous with shoe inserts to make the shoes more comfortable. I was so happy with the service provided I bought two pairs and a belt. She was extremely knowledgeable when it came to promotions, sizing, everything! Give her a raise and a promotion! Five stars!!! Thank you ?
