The kid at the front desk said it's by appointment only, and it probably be a week and half. He said no same day service service. They have 2 bays empty. Unbelievable

Got my tires installed today. I showed up 20 mins late and they got the tires installed and aligned in an hr and a half. Thanks guys.

I had my tire changed. I got good deal on it. However, they told us that “your car alignment is not good we found out from your old tire.” Me and my husband decided let’s leave it like that for now. We will do it today with Firestone which is cheaper. We took our car for alignment and we found out from specialists that alignment was great. Nothing was needed. Sometimes BJs might do that since alignment is $75 chargeable. Even though it’s not needed.

Very Poor customer service. The worker Adam claimed he had 1 vehicle left before closing the tire department at 7 pm. He refused an emergency tire assistance 3 hours prior to this time. I spoke to Erica the day time manager the following day and she said there was an issue with the worker. She apologized for the inconvenience. This department has to do better. It's not the first time I get denied service.

The organization , verity of different of different products and customer service were great. The only reason I didn't like like was how pricy everything was . Private parking lot , the atmosphere was nice with music in the background. A bit busy for a Tuesday night.

To schedule an appointment here is very inconvenient, I called last week (July 27th) an schedule a rotation tires appointment for the incoming week (July 31st, 9:30 am) once I get there the person told me that there’s no appointment! I’m very upset, I asked for a morning out of my work to be here, then he “tried to help me” by scheduling at 2:30, two minutes later I come back and ask another front desk and he helped me with an 12:30 appointment, why didn’t the first person used the 12:30 at the beginning? What if I come back and no changes were done? This is very strange, is there any motive? Is just unprofessional..I like Bjs but employees or the system need so much improvement. .

As others have stated, yes the wait time can be pretty long (mine was an hour and 15) but service wise they were great! For the price I paid and what I'm getting for I'm definitely recommending this center. They put back the spare tire neatly and securely in it's spot in the trunk which was something I did not expect! The representative at the front (Dominic) was very communicative and patient with all my questions and inquiries which positively added to my experience. For the time spent, it barely felt noticeable by just walking around the BJs and being on my phone while sitting in their set up patio furniture

This BJ's gas station has a single lane going in, I and not a big fan of the lay out. There are multiple pumps, but a single file to the rows of pumps. How totally inefficient! Gas was $2.95. We topped off our gas. Came back for another refill. Do make sure to allot time to sit in the single file line for the gas stations here to get a a pump. What a total joke. Their staff directs you where to go and they even have their staff pump the gas for you here as well. Odd. No one has to get gas at least. Today it took us over 15 minutes to get gas here. There is a decent sized Dunkin Donut inside the warehouse store. The warehouse store here is smaller than other warehouses, but functional. A reasonable spot to get gas around here at least

This Bjs is always well stocked. I generally only do curbside pick up but that process is the worst. Faithfully every time I come the parking spots are taken by regular in-store shopping patrons.

In all my loyal years of shopping at BJ's unfortunately this has been the worst experience and the worst store of all the chains I've ever been to. Won't mention everything that was wrong here from the customer service to the display of merchandise to the unbearable intrusive alarm that was going off while shopping for TVs. And to end on a positive note this place is the worst BJ's I've ever been to shame shame

So disappointed! Ordered through the app for pick up! I get there and service on my phone is poor. So I try calling the customer service desk. Called three times and every 10 minutes they hang up the phone. That's 30 minutes. Having perishables in the car since I just picked up items from ShopRite and didn't want to leave items in the car in the heat. Finally go in and there is not 1 person at customer service. So why couldn't they answer my call. I just grabbed my cart and left!! Last time I'll be visiting the East Rutherford store! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
