Parking lot is free in 30 minutes. Anyone who visits Best Buy first time would end up paying parking fee since it’s pretty confusing. Don’t go there! I bet this is the only mall in NJ which asks you to pay for parking lots. Best Buy got the wrong mall!!

Horrible experience with ordering online.I ordered an apple watch which was supposed to be delivered on Monday. The delivery guy did not deliver the product and returned it. Now best buy is waiting for the product to be returned to them. So I have not received the product and the amount has not been refunded to me. Return my money ASAP.Note: this is just a complaint about the online delivery experience.

Don’t ever try to buy open box items from here. Go to Secaucus. I bought an excellent certified Apple Watch, got home and the charger is missing and the watch is full with scratches. I went to Secaucus to see if I can swap it there and the guy took one quick look at the watch and said “this is not excellent”… the condition of this watch was in fair. It’s crazy they slap “inspected by Best Buy” stickers on them but it clearly wasn’t inspected lol.

Blonde Female employee couldn't find sale advertise price $599 of one plus 11, 256GB phone then came male employee then told me the same thing I showed them thier bestbuy Website price. They both plus a 3rd employee told me but thier not sure that I would have to stay with Google Fi for 4 months before I could switch to another provider.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. An employee named Dan, also known as the Best Buy Witch, gave me a free iPhone 13. All I had to do was promise to come back with my kids and give her 3 liters of my pee.

I just needed a new charger for my iPhone but Dan the bestbuy witch took me into her cottage made of iPads and turned my pee into a 57-inch OLED 8k Samsung tv and I just had to buy it! Thanks so much Dan the BestBuy witch!

Dan, also known as The Best Buy Witch, is the ABSOLUTE best employee in the store. Exchanged my soul for a new Ipad and I feel absolutely fine! Definitely recommend, I will be back myself!

It was alright. However, this strange old lady came up to me and tried to steal my pee. Now that I think of it, her name was Dan and she had this tall pointy hat and honestly looked like a witch.

Dan was kind and helpful! They call her a witch but I didn't see anything off about her. However when she helped me bring out my new Samsung TV, she asked me if I had a vile of pee to replace the TV I had just bought.

Well I just went in here to buy the best stuff but this guy walked out of a hut made of ipads and introduced himself as "Dan the Best Buy Witch". He gave me a free ipad and said I owe him my first born. Honestly, I'll take that deal. Seemed like a cool guy, so five stars.

I’m british, i’ve come across this establishment whilst on holiday and was intrigued by the ways in which this store operates. i was surprised to see a worker going by the name ‘Dan the best buy witch’ whom convinced me to purchase a LG - SIGNATURE 22.8 Cu. Ft. French Door-in-Door Counter-Depth Smart Refrigerator with InstaView - Textured Steel. Now don’t get me wrong, i love me a fridge but it was extremely tricky getting this 8k fridge through customs… would purchase again! thanks dan!

Do NOT go here with kids!! i took my kids with me and they got MELTED down in a CAULDRON!! Apart from that, pretty good experience. Workers were very attentive and polite, besides from Dan the Witch, she uploaded my consciousness to the iCloud and also melted down my kids, which was a major bummer. If you’re in the local area and need some SD cards or whatever, then you should come here. Had to remove one star because, yknow, they melted my kids in a cauldron, and then refused to sell me the cauldron afterwards.
