Charged me $10 extra for a gallon of paint. Politely called to bring up the issue and asked how much a gallon of the certain paint is. “As much as I can get out of you” and hung up. Only way the dudes making money in his little hole of a store.

MOST HORRIBLE service ever met!! Was shouted and kicked out without no reason. It is totally depend on the owner's mood if you are allowed to enter the store Or NOT.

This place is a disorganized dump. Don't ask for help or knowledge on anything unless you're expecting a nasty response back. Go a few min away to Brothers Ace for a much better experience and nicer owners.

IF you want a great old school, knowledgeable place go here. I dealt with Dominic. This guy has over 40 years experience, and he used all of it to make me very happy with my paint selection for my new home. I highly recommend going here. People and businesses like this are extremely rare, but very necessary these days.

If I could I would give this place zero stars. I agree with one of the reviews on Yelp and completely sympathize with that person bec the same happened with my husband. I am all for supporting local neighborhood small business but never this place. First of all if you are here for Benjamin Moore paint then go somewhere else. I would recommend going to Garfield or Lodi which have fresher/newer paints as this shop is primarily a hardware store. So we bought like 20 gallons of paint from this guy and paid like around $1300 for it. Upon starting the paint job next day, our painter complained about one of the 5 gallons of semi gloss paint which was dry from the bottom. Mind you This was not a mixed paint.. it was non stained and typically stores take it back bec they can easily return to the company. We went back to exchange it for a newer paint as this has dried. Now mind you we were not asking for money back just asking for exchange on a non stained paint. The crap this person gave my husband and he talked so rudely and made fun of him instead of owing up to his mistake. He argued until my husband made him talk to our painter. After making fun of my husband and mocking him he reluctantly went in to get another 5 gallon of paint instead of the old one we had. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone due to their horrible customer service and older paints. Also I would much rather go to a home depot for my hardware needs then support this business. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

The store looks like a dump outside. No parking. The listing says they are open until 6 pm. I came at 5:30 pm and he didn't want to serve the customer. Not a good business practice.

I needed paint on the New Year’s Day, the gentleman in the shop was so kind to make them for me on a short notice. They have a great collection of paint and tools. A great local store.

Called this place to ask if they had paint that was water proof and he said yes when I asked him what it was called so I can do research on it, he responded “why so you can buy it somewhere else” and hung up the phone me. Horrible customer service. I will not be calling or visiting this place.

I honestly didn’t like how disorganized the store was but I gotta say I really liked Domenic he helped me find everything that I need it. I give this store 5 starts because good costumer service is essential.

This store is full of some of the most disorganised, unhelpful sons of jackals you will ever meet! DO NOT shop at their store unless you want to overspend on gardening supplies and have an insubstantial conversation with one of their incompetent staff!

Excellent service! The salesman was very helpful and friendly! Luckily, I got the last shovel for the current snow storm and bought some great insulated gloves as well! Strongly recommend this location!
