I regret not having read the reviews of this dealer before visiting and purchasing a car. The experience was dreadful, and it resulted in a significant waste of money. To make matters worse, the car malfunctioned within a few months, prompting me to take it to a mechanic. The inspection revealed multiple issues that would require $5,000 for repairs. The abundance of similar negative reviews (check Yelp for real reviews) leads me to believe that the dealer may be selling damaged vehicles without concern for the buyers' well-being, solely focused on profit. While I understand the concept of buying a car "as is," the extent of the necessary repairs, totaling $5,000, is concerning. Despite my initial frustration, I have come to terms with the situation as a learning experience. In all honesty, I strongly advise avoiding this dealer. It is crucial to explore other options and not be swayed by the appealing appearance of their vehicles.

Vehicles are beautiful and nicely priced however, the $3000 dealer fee was a dealbreaker for me.

If you looking for a car with good warranty, this is not the dealer you should go to. 3 months ago I bough a Porshe Panamera and after the 1st week the high pressure fuel pump went bad. The extended warranty they offer didn’t cover it I had to spen 3k out of my pockey. Most of the cars are sold “As if” if there’s something wrong they don’t really care as long as they make the sell. They will tell you what you want to hear the car is good, is in great condition and bla bla but in reality is not. Most NJ dealers required to give you 3 months or 3k miles whichever is first but not this dealer. They make sure you sign a lot of papers in the contract saying the car sold as is so you don’t sue them. If you see a car you want don’t rush it keep looking. Please don’t make the same mistake like I did.

I have had my Range Rover Sport for 3 months now, and I had NO PROBLEMS. I to think JAMAL for all the help he give me from being up front about all costs. BUT, the greatest thing was the RESPECT THAT JAMAL GAVE ME NOT AS A BUYER, BUT A PERSON. For he even saw that the tires needed to be replaced and ASAL MOTORS REPLACED ALL 4 WITH OUT HESITATION. If I decide to buy another car ASAL MOTORS WILL BE ONE OF THE FIRST PLACES I'LL GO. THANK YOU "JAMAL AND COMPANY.

I decided to try and buy a vehicle from this place considering my 2 friends bought one from here before and all the good reviews I seen. My experience was horrible. Waited 2 weeks to see a cls 63 amg because they had it in the shop for “a shifter replacement” the whole time the sub frame was being swapped and replaced…. I tried numerous times to negotiate a price with them. Very rude and bad energy people. I asked them what services was being done he told me that’s not my issue. Lol I told him it is my concern considering I’m buying the vehicle. Multiple workers there were very nasty and treated me very unfairly. Just hope my review saves someone’s else from wasting their time. Take your money somewhere else where they would be grateful for it!! Really wanted the vehicle and I think they knew that as well.

*BE CAREFUL CHECK YELP for actual reviews.My visit: I walked in, and found the EXACT car I wanted. I wandered around a little bit just to see if I missed anything online but I know why I came. This place has a nice selection, but service and standing behind their product lacks big time.They tried to sell me a car with screaching brakes and bad rotors and "the manager" said he would only replace the front pads like he was doing me a favor. Mind you, this was AFTER one guy said they are fine it was just sitting for a bit and another said to hit it with some type of aerosol spray. They knew they were bad, and the guy moved it back after I drove it and all you could hear was that horrid noise.They Would not let me take the car on the highway because it takes too long? strange. Car had 10 miles worth of gas in it. cmon.What if the back locked up? Tough, not their problem.No short term warranty, they do not inspect the vehicles, and they do not fix them. They detail them only.The other two I looked in either needed a headlight or had some mechanical issue. This gave me a generally uncomfortable feeling.Cars are as is, from auction. If the "manager" knew how close to a deal he was, he would have fixed the brakes/rotors. I would have taken the car right then and there. I'm gonna shop where I'm appreciated.The Pros- nice looking cars, they are detailed, cash acceptedThe cons- Cars are not inspected, each one I looked at had an issue, no warranty, you have to seek assistance yourself. No carfax.I like my mechanic, but I don't plan on funding his kid's college by buying at Assall motors
