I went here with my friend and was shopping one of the staff short very skinny and dead blonde hair with roots showing was following us around the store the whole time made us both very uncomfortable then when I went to try on clothes in tight spaced fitting room a group of them were standing where people get checked into the fitting room and they were giggling then one of them pretty sure the same girl following us starts peeking in my fitting room then goes back to the other staff and starts laughing horrible staff honestly horrible wouldn’t go again and I rlly like Aritza

Ariella was absolutely amazing. I came in with very little fashion sense but needed a nice outfit for work. She took her time with me and helped me find the perfect outfit. Thank you so much!

Such an uncomfortable dressing room experience. No mirrors in the individual dressing rooms, you have to go into a massive communal space with couches in the middle where men just sit there - I came out with my bra unknowingly showing and went to adjust my top and had to deal with a much older guy staring at my chest I just went back to the dressing room and left. So creepy and the staff does nothing to stop these guys. Meanwhile there are couches in the actual STORE (not the dressing room) yet they don’t choose to sit there just inside the women’s dressing room….

Awful staff behavior. They pulled my coat from my sister's arm like she was stealing it, the coat I'd previously purchased in another aritzia store and I was wearing it in the same day. While I was paying for another item in the store, they aggressively tried to pull the coat from my sister's arm 3 times. If I were the manager, I would've fired her for such a disrespectful behavior. I'd never seen such attitude in other stores like rockefeller center or soho. I'm truly disappointed.

My daughter & myself started shopping here for the past couple of years .We love the colors & the materials are very soft & comfortable to wear .Moreover interior looks fabulous & more spacious to shop around & the dressing room area looks ultimately chic ??wow packaging is so good ?

Came to shop here with my daughter for her upcoming concert. The staff is unwelcoming and looked at us and spoke to us as if we don't belong there. I'm more than happy shopping elsewhere, never here again.

Not welcoming …literally not one employee greeted me upon entry let alone offered assistance as I searched for an item … I ended up not getting anything . The store was empty also so there wasn’t any excuse for lack of customer service presence

This is my favorite store in AD. It’s massive, has excellent collection and inventory. The always bring in new designs at the end of a season.The associates at this store are super friendly and helpful. Some of them have with the store since it’s opening in AD mall. As you shop, an associate collects the items from you, and reserves a spot in the fitting lounge. They stick with you through your trial and fittings, bringing in different colors and sizes as ones desire. The fitting lounge is very cool, lots of colors, mirrors and nice decors.The store has sale section as well, where items are 30%-70% off.

Daniella and the rest of the store employees went above and beyond to help me when I lost a personal belonging in the store. Although we weren’t able to find it while I was still in the store, they continued looking after I left and actually called me a few hours later and offered to ship the item to my address. I was very impressed with the customer service at this location.Thank you all so much! :)
