I was looking forward to shopping at Altar 'd State at this location with my daughter. We've been to other stores and had a pleasant experience every time. We like that it's a Christian based establishment and their association with volunteer work. My daughter loves the clothes, but when we went inside the sales associates did not represent the morale of the the company. They had on belly shirts and no customer service. There was no urgency for store presentation, associates gossiping over in a corner. Meanwhile, clothing all over the floor, my daughter tripped over them more than once. No one at the register. We had to hunt someone down to ask a question because everyone disappeared at the same time.
The management at this location is very negligent and it shows. I know this does not represent all locations. This one is by far is the worst I have ever visited.
The staff here are more interested in gossiping, disappearing and ignoring customers than applying any effort.
Do not waste your money at this store.

This store is amazing! Great selection of dresses especially for brides to be! Really cool decor and ambiance. Truly phenomenal customer service! Shout out to Brianna and Alex who were amazing and helped me select my bridal event dresses!

This store is so beautiful on the inside especially the fitting room it made me feel life a princess. The clothes are so pretty too! It hard for me to find right dresses but this store had all I need. Accessories are pretty too!

I could not explain the beauty of this place. I walked in expecting it to be like every other store in the American Dream mall but what caught my eye and ultimately made me write this post was their promotion for our God. I was in utter shock. I’ve never seen any store with that much inspiration of Jesus. I saw one thing about God and I was like that’s weird stores usually don’t have this lol but I continued to walk around and saw so much more. I felt so welcomed and I had this genuine happiness and joy being in there. I was thinking about applying for a position. Hahaha. It gives me hope that we haven’t fully lost our way and to see a store in a famous mall promoting God really made me optimistic about the future. The music in there was all the worship songs I love. I’m still in utter shock that I found a store that represents God and also has really good clothing as well!!! Although I can’t afford to buy any of the clothing’s I still couldn’t stop looking around. God bless the creators of this place. God will flourish you in every aspect in your life. Thank you for doing what God has called you for. My prayers and blessings go to this place. And I did a little bit of digging 10% of their makings go to charities around the world. This world is filled with a lot of selfish people, but this place defiantly isn’t!! Thank you for making my stay at the mall special. ❤️

honestly such an awesome experience. the store itself is gorgeous, beautiful lighting and plants throughout. they have the perfect good quality summer dresses for reasonable prices. special thank you to ashley for helping me over the phone; she was so kind and helpful. will definitely be back when i’m in the area!

This store is absolutely stunning. I've never seen a store like this before nor had I ever heard of it to be honest. The decor in the windows drew me in. They have plants all over and a fence in the doorway?! There is a fountain in the middle of the store! The fitting rooms are incredible. The merchandise is definitely unique. Unfortunately they didn't appear to have plus sizes.

Although Altar'd State serves a particular market, their physical location is genuinely nicely made, cozy, and welcoming. It’s so nice inside and had a fountain in the middle of the store. Excellent retail space with a wide selection of unusual clothing and accessories.
