If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m new to the East Orange area and used the ATM to deposit cash. Unfortunately the machined jammed up only deposited 0.1 cents out of a really large amount. It also started throwing money back out ripped. I advised the teller the following day who didn’t seem to care much & only told me to call customer service. Also this location is very dangerous at night time. I highly don’t recommend! This location definitely needs to security during the night to protect customers as well as a drive through atm. Worst experience ever!!

Wells Fargo, their the worst don't ever take a Cashier Checks to them they give you a receipt that tells you that part of that check available to you immediately, and the remaining balance will be available the very next day. That leads you to believe that your money is available, then 2 days later they place holds on the checks with bogus explanations. Then cause your account to be in the red for an extension amount. Then they tell you that the Bank that you got your guaranteed cash from has returned the check, and that because they processed the the check electroniclly and they received a message stating that the Cashier's Check has the potential of being returned.. However that does not make sense, like I stated Cashiers Checks are guaranteed cash . As soon as my money is made available to me I will no longer be a customer at Wells Fargo.

I went there to open a new account, but it’s unacceptable that you have customers waiting and you be sitting in your office having conversations with someone who’s not talking about business while having people waiting it’s crazy waste of time

Excellent attention. You can request an appointment online and rest assured that you will be attended to on time and by very friendly staff. You can request that the appointment be made in Spanish.

The ATM machines are down again in Newark and in East Orange! This happens frequently in the urban areas but not so much in other areas, if you know what I mean! Wells Fargo does not care about its' customers! Wells Fargo's gives customer a substandard service. They don't loan customers or businesses in this area any money. Just check out their CRA reports! Why is Wells Fargo in this community in the first place? So understand this Wells Fargo will charge you for overdraft fees but if you can't put the money in the fees will increase. Whose fault is that especially when your machines don't work!

Usually able to get great help here. The security guard is friendly and keeps things moving orderly when it gets crowded. Sometimes at night there are homeless people in the ATM area.

The Security is awful..He had us waiting till I went and knocked on door, letting him know it's pass 9:30 am..Start calling us in ..Was so hot out ..Please pay attention to Us> the customers waiting in the heat, outside.. Customer service is great.
