I when to the branch located at Park Avenue East Orange N.J to change ten dollars in quarters, when I came home to do my laundry ( the change was for laundry) I opened the roll of quarters and within the roll there were two pennies to cover the space, when I counted it I was missing an extra twenty five cents in total of seventeen five... banks always ripped you off, count your money ? before leave any branch. I called them to notify but good luck to make a complaint directly to the branch.

Horrible experience! Anytime you go into this location they never have enough staff, very understaffed and have no good customer service. My last visit there resulted in 50mins wait time and still was not serviced. Do not go here if you need to meet with an advisor, go to Chase or TD Bank.

Best experience ever, I'm 87 year old retired teacher, I came to this wells fargo location earlier today, to withdraw money from the ATM, while I was exiting the bank heading to my car I somehow accidentally drop a 100 bills on the floor parking lot, the armed security officer that station outside realize I did drop the money on the floor he was so calm, nice, and honest he notify me that i drop my money on the floor parking lot which mean alot to me because it was my only 100 bill to buy my medication it goes to show you there is still good human being in existence and there is a hope for humanity, I really want to thank that officer for his service and kindness I wish him the best of luck also i hope wells fargo will at least do a act of kindness for that young man mr Taylor

Came in to open an account at 9:30 and was told that no one will be available until 12:30. If the bank is open then someone should have been available to set up my new account. For a back story I had sold my car to Carvana. They gave me a check for Wells Fargo and I needed a bank account to deposit my check so that I don't walk around East Orange with fourteen thousand dollars. The Carvana representative allowed me to take the car that I just sold to cash the check. Because of this bank I had to run to another Wells Fargo which caused me to be late. It took so long that they left because they assumed that I took the check and stole the car, so they voided the check after it was deposited in my new checking account.

I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I HAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEN TO HEAR THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON WHO CAN OPEN A CHECKING ACCOUNT AND SHE WENT TO LUNCH SO I HAD TO WAIT 45 MINUTES- THIS IS SAD - WELLS FARGO DO BETTER YOUR SLIPPING

I can't understand why must I wait 15 to 20 minutes to see a teller! I would like someone to address this issue. When I use other locations closer to non black areas that is not the case. This location always have 2 tellers working ... one for drive. Taking my accounts elsewhere!!!

Only go here if you have time because it takes forever to get out of there. They move so slow.
