The typical blood sucking landlords. Although legally turning off the air is allowable in September, it's 88 degrees in my apartment today and we have been experiencing high temps all week for this time of the year. But yet Management will not turn the air back on. Tenants paying upwards of $3500 are expected to cool off with hot air from Fans, how ridiculous! Luxury should be omitted from this building's description. The building wreaks of weed and rotten garbage, roaches & mice everywhere, garbage on the floors in the compact room and management does nothing to stop tenants from wreaking havoc in the building except continuous emails and posts threatening to fine tenants. This building is absolutely NOT WORTH what they are currently asking for. So many empty apartments because people move in and see what a dump it really is and move out, others move out because they simply cannot afford the ridiculous rent. It's a vicious cycle in this building but the owners/management don't care because they get more money each time a tenant moves out and a new one moves in. They prefer you move out!

If I could do zero stars I would!! It amazes me that this building hasn't been reported yet for more problems then one. Rodent infestation, floors coming up, paint chipping, if it's not one thing it's another. The leasing office and the company overall only cares about collecting rent, they do not care about the people in the building or how they're living.

It's a very clean and maintained building. The residing superintendent is great at repairs around the perimeters of the three buildings in Hackensack on Anderson Street and inside residents apartments. It a very quite and lovely area with several restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the NJ transit station and bus to NYC all in the same area. And the people are friendly.

My experience at the park view is disappointing. The worst experience in my life. I was lock out of my Apartment when I sent to the front desk the attention had a nasty attitude. Instead of being at the front desk she was outside socializing. Then after I insisted that she call someone to gain me access to my apartment. She the decided to call the maintenance guy . Then thing gotten from bad to worse. He comes down with an attitude flips me the middle finger ask me to fill out a form. When I asked him why are you showing me the middle finger he began to get upset. So I fell out the form. However, it was not to his liking so he grabs the paper, ripped it up. I told him my personal information is on that sheet of paper and requested that I discard it myself. He reused then throw it in the garage and lock the door after. Then the woman at the front desk she decides to threaten me by calling the police. Claim that she doesn’t know if I live here or not. However, even when at knowledge that I lived there. Prior to the police arrival. Needless to say this experience has been the worst experience ever.I definitely do not recommend moving into this building. If you care about physical safety, quality of life. Please look elsewhere. This is not the first incident with him . He is extremely rude. It like he has a personal vendetta against me. The service at the park view is terrible.

Runaway! These apartments are not worth it! Theses pictures are nothing but false advertisement. SDK is the worst management team I have ever worked with. Not all apartments have stainless steel appliances. The kitchens are not fully equipped. Please read the comments the water, heater/ac never work in the building. All elevators are never working. Try having to walk up 18 flights of stairs on a hot summer day after working a full day. The building always stink, and it has nothing but critters roaming the building (ie roaches, and mice). Half the washing machine in the building don’t work or it’s failing apart. The plumbing system is so bad that feces come up through the tub. The 24 hour door man is a JOKE because it’s always someone different so they let anyone in the building. The pool is away under construction. The gym literally only have two machines that work. The list can go on and on!

I have been living at The Park View at 320 for a year now and cannot wait to move. My experience with mgt. hasn't been too bad, but they could definitely do better. First off, the square footage is overly exaggerated!!! They are counting spaces that are normally not included when calculating spaces as livable/usable space. Second, their bathrooms are constantly clogged!!!! There's no hair or debris in the drains, yet it is clogging. Maintenance does less than subpar work, but it could be what they're paying them; you sort of get what you pay for. The parking is ridiculous!! You cannot get into your parking spaces if someone else continuously parks over your line. You can barely get into the parking area because people are always parked in front of the building, preventing residents from getting into the parking area. The front desk security/concierge has been pretty professional. The ones that are not the regulars can be extremely rude and abrasive! However, the regulars are familiar with tenants and make us feel appreciated. The mgt will attempt to force you to accept terms that are not the norm and you would have to know some landlord/tenant laws to have a well prepared rebuttal; otherwise, you WILL be taken advantage of here! They attempt to charge you late fees when you still have a legal right of time, based on the fact that they had you sign a lease that says otherwise. However, no private entity cannot overwrite municipal and state laws. The actual owners of course have politics in their back pocket, so they tend to get away with a lot; unless you know someone yourself, be prepared to be taken advantage of at The Park View. Now, we have advise them that we are in the process of looking for a home, which was well before the 60 days allowable time, but they are not willing to do month to month; they offered 6 months, but if we close on our home before then, we'd have to pay a penalty? I have consulted with my attorney and will be legally serving them going forward. Again, this place will lure you in with all sorts of promises and smiles, but once you actually move in, it's not as beautiful as you would think. You'd have a better experience with the Lotus or even the Indigo; which is where I should've moved instead of here!

Just horrible and I am beyond disappointed and regretful that I moved to this overpriced mouse trap! Turn on the shower this morning and AGAIN no hot water! I let it run for a few minutes and still no hot water! This is the 3rd time in 8 days that I've had to take a cold shower in the morning. This has been a recurring problem since I moved in and the mice, Ugh! This building also has a very high turnover, tenants are constantly moving in and out. Once the shelter in place is lifted, I too plan to move!
