Only one lady at the window. I never had a problem with my mail she's very pleasant. Even though I live in Orange I always go there it's quick fast checkout. I ship all over so never had a problem my packages always reach there destination on time. Love it!!!

Horrible , rude customer service postal agent scrolls on fb and when you ask for something she get hostile as if she's not at work. also I complained about her and the supervisor unknowingly put her on 3 way and she came on the phone screaming "what had happen" telling me she don't have time to talk to me because she is on a fast..hopefully she isn't this hostile to the older people , we miss Michelle dearly

Rude, rude, rude, the place was empty with one worker behind the counter she didn’t address me and then had me waiting for 5 minutes while she doing something else I came right in handed the clerk my ID and pick up slip she didn’t even acknowledge it then she finally retrieved the package put it in the window and didn’t say not one word to me! I really hate the USPS any branch you go to they’re are lazy unwilling to go the extra mile and they never deliver when they should and carriers are always lying saying they attempted delivery but never do never leave a slip I magically find a missed notice the day after on many occasions I really wish I didn’t have to use the USPS for anything!!!!

Ghettofied at it's best. Customer service is RUDE. I received an out of town delivery from a funeral home. The woman behind the counter shook the package and said "Good thing it's not a body." I solemnly replied, "Ma'am, it's my son's remains."

Today I stopped by to drop off a very large package. I give the package to this older black lady but she refuses to take my package and tells me to go somewhere else. She tells me "I'm not throwing my back out for you". You have to take that somewhere else". I was pressed for time so I found that solution EXTREMELY inconvenient. Speaking loudly with other people waiting behind me, she made it seem like I was the one at fault for bringing a package to a post office. There was no weight limit posted anywhere. I simply wanted to ship my package and pay the necessary fees. Im not insensitive at all. On one hand I totally understand that she shouldn't have had to lift the package since she's an older woman in her late 50s to early 60s. However, dont throw me under the bus because you can't do your job. I wouldnt be writing this review if she handled the situation better, but she chose to be disrespectful instead of cordial. Most likely nobody will see this bad review. So I'll just give her the biggest heehaw because she is Donkey Of The Day.
