That guy there is very rude he has no customer service, he is not supposed to be working there. When you get there you will not see anyone you have to wait forever before someone will come out. I believe they don’t read a review if not that guy should have been fired long time ago

This post office is terrible. I got there and saw no one at the window. I said "Hello" at least three times and no one replied. Then, I asked a gentleman who was filling something out where the worker was and he said he went to another room and that he's on the phone. He suggested I knock which I did. A moment later, the man came to the window still on the phone. He and the person hung up and he says, "That's my co-worker. She's just telling me what she's getting into this weekend." Seriously?! SERIOUSLY?! This guy has no respect for customers nor their time.
I really hate this post office because I had a negative experience before but since it was on the way to my destination, I gave it another shot. Nope. Never again.
And with a current rating of 1.8 stars, how is it still operating like this? Terrible. Just terrible.

9:22am the postal office isn't open it's 30° I have to stand in the establishment next door with my 18 month old because they aren't open although it states 830 opening time. RIDICULOUS!

Poor Service & extremely rude. Specifically theirs a man in there who is miserable. He complains about every little thing out loud, and throws shade to everyone. He’s done it to me a couple times and really had no clue as to why I was doing what I was the doing the way I was doing it but was judging me off his assumption and saying it out loud for everyone to hear. He’s miserable and hates his job. He’s rude and nasty, if you don’t like your job quit. I never go to this location anymore, because I rather not deal with him & that’s sad. I would recommend hiring someone else cause he’s nasty.

This the worst post office, system always down, service bad, inside dirty and dark everything inside need to be replace included the clerk, waste of time.

The major turn off about this post office is that the door is closed 5-10 minutes before the closing time.

This one should be closed no stamps or envelopes and the guy in the front is very rude dont even have change the credit card mashine moves its not stable so he told me not to touch it because he dont have $5000 to pay for it how in the heck am i supposed to use it without touching it secure the machine then they dont even have what post offices are supposed to have but the postal services keeps raising prices will not be going here close it alraedy

Disgusting inside. Dead bugs laying around, dust and dirt everywhere. Just filthy. Customer service was horrible. It an older man working there and all he did was complain about being there and that he was ready to go. I’ll never go there again. Just nasty.

It is now 854 and the east orange post office on evergreen still isn't open when the door clearly says 830am -5pm what an inconvenience!!!

Every time I come here is a horrible service. Lunch time is from 11-12, but they always close their doors earlier than 11 and open them later than 12. So, not only poor service, but they don't look like they want to work.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. They don’t have enough staff and you can tell that one guy that works there has had enough. I’ve tried coming to this post office where it didn’t open until an hour later of the posted time it’s supposed to be open.Also on 1/28/23 i went to just drop a letter off and get stamps at 1:24pm and the tall, black guy that always works there closed the doors early. I knocked on the outside doors and I saw him and i know he saw/heard me but continue to put the gate down. The location closes at 1:30pm not 1:24pm on a Saturday. He needs to do better and so does USPS because it’s a mix of both that’s the problem. Look at all of the bad reviews about the staff here and how they open/close when they want to. The reviews also shows USPS doesn’t care because my same complaints present day are the same complaints from 3 or four years ago.
