Carrier delivered my package to a vacant building so it was returned. Now merchant wants me to pay again and get a refund once the package is returned to them? The address on the package was correct, so who's fault is this❓Worst part is, as of yesterday my address was registered as a "Vacant building". I've straightened that part out with the Post Office. The carrier apparently didn't read the address label??♀️?

Post Master Ellis Johnson has restored my faith in the E. Orange, Post Office @ City Hall. He hadn't even clocked in when he started to assist me. He was kind, courteous and sympathetic to my issue. The carrier made a BIG mistake which needed to be corrected immediately. Postmaster Johnson handled the matter in the most professional way and I am so pleased..He gets 100 stars‼️

This post office needs more professional employees. The staff members that work there are extremely rude and unprofessional to customers and even toward their co-workers. I witnessed a female employee talk to a male employee in a condescending manner. It was disgusting to watch. I went there to pick up mail recently and didn’t even receive nearly half of my mail that I was supposed to retrieve. Just sloppy. I absolutely hate going here.

They send an envelope from Elizabeth New Jersey for 35 days and they can’t find it, I’ve called 4 times and they never solve anything for me, apart from that they get rude and close your phone

Lie and say delivery attempted. Blocked receptacle. It's a house. Leave it on the porch ? If you fill out a redlivery request, they tell you to come get it. I wish businesses give you the option of choosing your delivery company.

The most incompetent workers. They know nothing about the postal system and very dismissive. I am missing important mail pieces for a over a month and no help at all. Seem the mail man on my route been eating them or wiping his a$$ with them i am not sure. I wish I could receive my mail else where. I HATE THIS post office. Manager can’t speak a grammatically correct sentence in English to save her life but wants to get upset when your are not comprehending what she is trying to explain. Sick of all of them.

As a 40 yr plus resident of East Orange, I was appalled to have one of your postal service worker to tell my Aunt, when she asked about the date of the rise of the postage stamp; unfortunately, his response was why for you to resale them. No, she will not resale them. She will used them to send hundreds (seriously) of Christmas cards to her family, friends and Bethany Baptist Church (Newark, NJ) community. Last note, it would not matter if he was black or white, but it was the latter. I hope for her not to experience this again.

They LIE and say “no secure location” to deliver your package (It’s 2023 everyone has cameras at their home so no I DID NOT see you come to my front door liar) then tell you go pick it up at the post office. You get there then they have the audacity to tell you pick up starts at 10am. Such a waste of time! Smh

The absolute worst place to be, there’s a reason why there’s so many one star reviews here. I can’t even begin to express the level of dissatisfaction I’ve had coming here. The fact that this is a federal government place of business funded by tax payers is an embarrassment to East Orange.
