How do you scan a package delivered in mailbox and it's not in the mailbox. This is ridiculous I am not understanding how hard is it to actually deliver the package. I really would give them 0 rating if I could.

My son had an appointment for passport. They were very nice and courteous. The gentleman provided my son with an extra copy of his birth certificate, so he could have it. All of them are very helpful.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit to the post office for a passport application for myself, my wife, and our four kids. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. I especially want to highlight Miss Joi, who attended to our family with such care and diligence. Her patience and friendly attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated her attention to detail and the warm welcome she gave us. Thank you to Miss Joi and the entire team for providing such excellent service!

I called to inquire about a failed delivery that was supposed to be sent to a closer PO. It wasnt there I waited an additional day and still not there. I was given the number to this PO being the main one. The women on the phone was extremely rude, telling me she didnt have time to assist me, and I needed to call the PO on the slip. When I confirmed I got this number from that PO, she affirmed they shouldnt have given me that number. Confirmed my phone number and told me to call back before promptly hanging up.
I decided to go in person as I wasnt far and just wanted to verify my package was there before making the trip. Upon arrival I see a sign that states they dont handle pick-ups until 10am. (which would of been nice to know on the phone before I made my way there), and ultimately they couldnt find my package so Im now waiting for a supervisor to reach out.
I understand being short handed and busy but there was no need for such attitude and unprofessionalism on the phone, especially when I was courteous, and only inquiring about my package that was attempted to be delivered 3 days prior and wondering why it wasnt just left on the premise

This is the one time i agree with #47 that the USPS needs to be shaken up or dismantled. There seems to be a ring of theft within the system. In the past 2 months i have had 1 item of value not arrive to me and another not arriving at its intended destination both getting lost or stolen within transit to its next stations. This is definitely not a coincidence. Items that are meaningless arrived ok but were in the same shipment. The item i shipped was my very first time sending an expense item thru USPS the clerk at PO told me the most USPS will insure was $100 but failed to offer me the opportunity to purchase more insurance to equal the value of my item. This is even after i stated to him the items worth. In addition i had to use a pkg which he said was the appropriate pkg for the item. Using his suggested pkg allowed the item to rattle in the pkg easily to guess what it may have been. I'm furious the item was not paid for and I'm stuck with the bill and no recourse. The automated phone bot is ridiculous and just repeats itself. In store service requires dealing with workers attitudes, being rushed and not being given accurate and important information. Had the clerk taken the time to explain my options i would have insured the item for its worth. Im a wise senior citizen who covers myself. I later learned the additional insurance was under $40 an option i would have definitely chosen knowing the item's value. I'm hoping the USPS pays me the full replacement value It's the right thing to do. Going completely paperless and using independent shipping services would be ideal for the US. I've lost my trust in using the USPS. Additionally the delivery persons refuse to follow the instructions given. I had one delivery person tell me they don't go up to floors in a highrise even if a signature is required by only the recipient. Why am i or someone else paying the additional fees and not receiving the service we are paying for. This rating is higher than i want it to be.

Worst service ever. I really want to give them a zero. I called here because I have a package that had been out for delivery for the last four days and the tracking kept saying attempts were made when they weren’t. Reached out to find out the issue and the woman that I got on the phone was so disgusting, then had the audacity to ask me why I was being hostile when I met her exact same energy, and hang up in my face without any explanation. Theyre also purposely ignoring my calls because I’ve tried reaching them repeatedly since then and no one is answering.

Horrible customer service the Indian old man has a nasty attitude. He’s the worst. If he doesn’t know got to treat people he shouldn’t be working for the city. And why do we have to make a 30 mins long line when we have an appointment for passport. That’s unbelievable.

They're rude and have the worst customer service. I have been trying to get my mail for more than a week they asked my info to call me and never did it. I called before go, the lady confirmed they have it and when I get there they can’t find it.
This post office needs to improve for real.
