Same thing with me. Every time I'm home I always get a notice that delivery was attempted and not successful. Then the people say they can't find it. Yes, I do believe they be stealing.

Everytime a package is being delivered to my house the package ends up getting lost. I would get a notification on my phone that the package was attempted delivery and I was outside recieving the notification and nobody attempted no delivery. I believe they be stealing packages. I go to the post office they don't know wheres my package. The manager don't know anything.

The lady here is always sweet and she is knowledgeable. I was standing outside and I knew she was gonna come back from lunch late but she even opened up early to take my package. Love it!

Moved from Newark to east orange in New Jersey on July 30 and still haven’t received any mail and that includes the change of address I did for myself and my family. I need help resolving this issue asap

Older lady is vey nice and pleasant. My packages are always safe here with her. I enjoy conversations with her as well. Only thing they close so early.

Always excellent customer service. The problem is the ignorant customers who won't allow the clerks to do the service. They love to bring drama and a negative misable energy with them.
