They took their time to do a thorough inspection, were very honest and patient, and at the end of the tests, etc... they discovered there was a seal leak and repaired at a very fair price. “Orlando test drove my car and diagnosed my transmission problem. However he cannot perform the service because it's a Honda transmission that needs to be serviced at the dealer unfortunately. He took the time to get in my car even though he knew he couldn't service the vehicle. That doesn't happen that often these days”

“My Volkswagen was misfiring and multiple mechanics could not find the issue including the official Lyndhurst Volkswagon service center. I was almost ready to give up and I tried Kars Automotive and they found the issue and resolved it on my first visit for a fraction of what I spent at the other places. I have learned my lesson and will only be bringing my car back here in the future for any maintenance or work that is needed. What a delight to have a mechanic that listens to you and resolves the issue and does not find other ways to get more money from you. Ten out of ten.”
