I went through a moving company called Prestige moving (the brokers) and they in turn hired this company to come and move my belongings. I have mixed feelings with them. The first 2 guys that came were pretty friendly and did a good job. Be prepared that if you add anything extra it will cost you!!The problem came into play once those guys left. I was told that my belongings would transfer to another truck later that night and then to another truck the next day to head out west. I explained to the movers that I need to know when my stuff will be on a truck heading out west as I also need to drive out there too and I want to be there before they get there. Well once they left me all communication was lost!! 2 days passed and I didn’t hear anything. I called in later on the 2nd day and was told my stuff was still in Atlanta. AGAIN I told that guy (different person from the original movers) I need them to let me know WHEN my stuff is heading out west so I know when to leave. 2 days later I get a phone call from the driver who says he will be unloading my stuff the NEXT DAY! I was like wait what!! I haven’t even left yet and was supposed to be notified ahead of time. I was then also told that if they have to transfer my stuff to a ‘shuttle truck’ (budget or Penske moving truck) from the 18 wheeler that it’s going to cost me! There were several miscommunications with these movers! I will however say that the final guy that delivered my stuff was very friendly and we were able to work things out.I was also told that all my larger items would be put back together the way they were when they packaged them. My couch was sitting on the floor with no legs on it! The mover that dropped off my stuff didn’t know where the original movers put the legs to my couch. So I had to dig through a box and put the legs on by myself!! This was not easy. The metal pieces that click my sectional together were broken! Then my mattress was very dirty as the packaging around it had came off in some spots.Over in all I would say this is a pretty decent moving company (I don’t really have any others to compare them to as I have never used a moving company before). The downfall is your stuff will switch hands several times and that probably explains the lack in communication

One Circle Moving company were absolute professionals. It was a last minute move, they could have price gauged, but didn't. I respect that. It was done in less than three hours, and I would definitely recommend them to everyone who needs a moving company. I'd also would like to say that Miss Celene was very kind and helpful.

Not gonna lie this moving company is very professional at frist I was iffi but to my surprise they came on time they were gentle with my furniture the price was definitely worth I will be using this company for all my moving and I highly recommend

Recently I was scheduled to move, and contacted One Circle Moving. The young lady Celene I spoke with was very helpful and accommodating to my needs as well as patient with me as I had a busy schedule. I liked the truck rental portal entry option, where a customer can enter what items are for the move. She was respectful, helpful and professional.

The move was great they were on time, moved quickly and no damaged items but they quoted for little over $3,000 but ended up paying $5,500, +\- $500 or so would be fine but $2,500 over my quote is a big deal and definitely caught me off guard

They were late but , when they started working they got the job done . My things were handled with care . The 3 men had a rough job because , I lived on the 5th floor on a street with horrible parking . Being late didn’t delay the finish time , it took 3 hours . Every price was communicated to me before anything was done AND it was a really hot day . I would definitely use their services again . 10’s. Across the board !

One circle came to me on a last minute pickup for a move to Florida and they did an AMAZING Job!!!! Definitely recommend this company to anyone!!

First timer mover and I am telling you I was very impressed, these guys work in a very timely manner to get the job done, the owner of the company is of good character he calls u and check in with you. If you are looking for a company to move you please to use one circle moving. ? ? ? Satisfied customer.

Very good team - enjoyed working with them! Be sure to mention length of walk required between road and your elevator to get a more accurate estimate. Would hire them again though!

The initial price I was quoted wasn't the price I paid (be prepared to be $300-500 more than what they tell you). On the day of the move I decided I did not want to take my large sectional, TV stand and some other heavy furniture--thinking that this would reduce my price, but instead they somehow found a way to charge me more. Mind you, I bought my own boxes and packed up the things that I could, all they had to do was take apart the bed. The crew that delivered my things to Atlanta told me to unpack the furniture myself. All they did was bring it down from the truck. After which, they did not want to put the bed back together. At this point I was livid, then they finally agreed to put it together but claimed they did not "bring any tools to assemble it". Not even a box cutter. I went to a neighbor to get tools only to be told that they couldn't find the screws that came with the bed. I called Wayne, and he told me to wait till next week when the "next shipment crew" are coming to Atlanta to bring the screws and put the bed together. Luckily we found the originals screws amongst that piles of duck tapes. But could you imagine having to wait a week to lay on your bed after the whole ordeal of traveling and trying to get your furniture together. Thank God we found those screws. This service was highly unprofessional. If you can, pay a little extra and use another company.

One Circle Moving & Storage moved me from Manhattan to Florida — I have never had better customer service ever, for anything — and I’m old! From start to finish, everyone involved was focused on making things easy for me. I was notified of the truck’s progress so I knew to the minute when the truck would arrive — and the truck arrived on time. The same was tru on the destination — first, Wayne made sure the truck would arrive on the day I chose, and the truck driver contacted me along the way to let me know they were on track for arrival as planned. He gave me a time for arrival, and called as they neared my neighborhood. By keeping me informed, they reduced my anxiety entirely, and was much appreciated.The fellows loading the truck were polite, professional, courteous, and careful, both of my possessions and of the building (I moved out of an apartment in a 10 story building). They dismantled the furniture, which reduces the chance of damage. When they “mantled” the furniture at the other end, they actually fixed a few problems — in this, and throughout the move, One Circle went above and beyond.I’m unpacking now — everything arrived intact and without any damage, which is a minor miracle in itself (a few wineglasses were broken, but that’s on me — my packing was was insufficient for the fragility of the contents). My boxes and furniture were placed exactly where I wanted them, stacked neatly. When I realized I’d had some of the boxes placed incorrectly, they were repositioned without complaint. In fact, the guys could not have been more accommodating, checking with me frequently to be sure every last item was where it would be most convenient for me to unpack. As was the case with loading, the entire focus on unloading was to make me happy, and to make my move as easy on me as possible.One Circe Moving & Storage is without question and by far the best moving company I have used — and I have moved a lot in my lifetime. Professional, personable, and careful, these are the people you wan to relocate your prized possessions. The best customer service ever — I couldn’t be happier with their service, and give them my highest, unqualified recommendation. This company is a scam. They are NOT professional movers. Do not use them.My move was done by two young men in their late teens who clearly were not in any way professional movers. They showed up in shorts and T-shirts in a rented Penske truck quite late on a Friday (around 4pm even though the elevator was scheduled for 11am). Aside from a hand truck, they lacked moving equipment. They unwrapped the furniture before unloading it from the truck, exposing it to bumps and scratches as it was as it was moved across the halls and elevators. Every time we showed the movers damaged boxes or scratched or broken furniture, they simply blamed the “other movers” and said they were not being paid enough to do our move.The response below suggests I am not their customer but I can prove payment to One Circle Moving via Zelle. The person providing communications was at One Circle Moving was Wayne Howell. One circle moving absolutely moved my furniture in NYC. It is true that I originally contracted with Brightline Moving and Storage. They took my down payment and then subcontracted with One Circle Moving to do the final arm of my move in NYC.
