Hi everyone If I could give negative reviews I would for sure So I went in the store a while back when an associate description tall dude heavy set. He told me about a promo for the new iPhone. Ran my information and didn't qualify and I left letting him know it won't work out A month later I get a mail saying i owe $91.00 For a bill statement. I couldn't believe it Now Im thinking he ran my info and shared it with anyone else. That scary because you cannot trust no one Went back to the store explained my situation and he didn't have the service to at least apologize. He messed up my name and credit history and he mislead information DO NOT GO IN AND ASK FOR HIM he can get rude for a supervisor?

If I can give zero star I would do so. This store is the worst Tmobile store, I was discriminated against and they refused me service because I was black. The manager Lauren a white lady denied me service and told me to go elsewhere. She said because one of the rep said I was slow in providing my id. Of which I did provide, you see run from this people. Am getting the local news and my attorney involved , do not go to this Tmobile, discrimination and rudeness is the other of the day

I use to come in here all the time to get phones and this was my favorite location to get Metro PCS phones. As of today this will be the last day I even go into this location. The guy at the front counter was rude. Soon as I walked in he knew he seen me there before even though I have not been in there literally in months which would actually mean since last year. He gonna tell me I know what you about to do. I'm thinking to myself ok. Then I go you don't know what I'm about to do then he goes yes I do you do it every time really lol. Then he says how your bill get that high anyway and I said to him that's none of your concern that's my business. I walked out and bought nothing you lost a good customer from this location because of unprofessionalism. Work is work and should be left as such, there should be no talking t customers like you cool with them in a street way or related and there should be great professional customer service at all times not sarcastically talking to customers. Customer service people should not want to make work more then what it is. Do your job and go home don't insinuate anything with customers.I will not be coming back to this location ever again! Also don't appear or seem to be to nosey with customers!

Glad I got rid if them. I was in the hospital and I couldn't receive calls nor make calls while my stay there.told Boost about this issue n they said they were no outages at the hospital. And they would not make no refund for my inconvince. Good bye to them. And they very slow with your phone response time. Stay away from them

I call the store and the staff who pick up is cursing over the phone with somebody else....very bad customer service No apologies.....terrible
