No help at all! The week prior they had even offered me a choice of new phones & even recommended an independent place down the street! Now I'm personna non grata.

Well I've waited for over 30 mins for no reason. Store says they open at 11:00 Now it's 11:30 and still not open. Making me waste my time. Wost place.
