They were very helpful when I had to return shoes and purchase new ones. They are extremely responsive.

I came in here looking for a great pair of shoes and boy did I find it! With the help of one of the lovely ladies that work there. I am in love with my leather Mephistos. I feel like I'm walking on a cloud. I would recommend shopping at Just our Shoes to anyone. Amazing customer service and great products.

Visited the store in Ridgewood and had a wonderful experience. The entire staff wore their masks. They were very helpful in finding the right shoes for me. I haven't been going shopping frequently because of Covid but I felt extremely comfortable and safe. I will shop there again.
