The branch Rep Naaila Donald opened a checking and saving account for my cousin and did not provide full additional details regarding a W-8 form, when we called back she was rude and did not answer our questions and hanged up, very unprofessional and provided misleading information simply to open accounts and does not provide any type of customer service nor transparency. The worst service ever is not just making numbers and opening accounts is about taking care of a client and being clear and transparent

ATM BREAKS DOWN VERY OFTEN AND THE ATM IS IN A VERY DANGEROUS PLACE….EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE ROOM IN THE VESTIBULE WE ARE JUST NOT WORTHY TO BE TREATED AS VALUE CUSTOMERS….WHAT A JOKE !!!

I really dislike going to this branch. They’re not inviting as the other branches and you could never even get a proper greeting when you walk in. The old security guard at least use to greet me, this new one just stares.

Most of the tellers shouldn’t be involved with customer service. (A zero stars is what this location needs.) They are rude and have no couth! I hate having to go to this branch. But, unfortunately sometimes I must. The tellers need to be retrained with customer service classes (a few days and hours of training is definitely needed). If that doesn’t work, look into demotions, probation and termination.The Bloomfield location - better customer service.

I've been coming hear since I was a child and opened my first account as a teenager. This bank has great customer service all the time. Kind and friendly bank employees from the tellers to the security service !

Really trash bank and very poor being that every time I go to the ATM it is always something wrong with it doesn’t matter the time of day. Don’t invest in investors bank you will never have access to basic ATM needs. Go to another bank!!!
