Set up an appt for 2pm on a Saturday (today). No customers were here. I arrived at 145pm to a rude African employee. Who are you, and who are you here to see? I said I have an appt at 2. He said ok have a seat. He gives someone a call. Come to find out it's my tax professional. She isn't even onsite. But the African employee you know what he told me? He said if you were a walk in without an appt I'd have taken care of you. In WHAT WORLD, DOES A WALK IN HAVE PRIORITY OVER AN APPT? To make matters worse, walk ins started coming and he assisted them over me. this place sucks. Period. 0 stars. The unprofessionalism etc. Close this place. It is now 230pm my tax pro is 30 minutes late.

I had work with Mr Davidson for almost 3 years. I never received a stimulus and he told me we could file an amendment. He told me to drop off my documents and he could get it done. (This was for 2020)
Turns out he filled in the form wrong and now I owe money to the IRS. I called the IRS and they told me he placed numbers on the wrong place and also the wrong numbers. One of the numbers we placed wrong was 2,099 so now I owe $2,099 to the IRS. The front desk person said they would help me reaching out to the manager so I don’t get charged for the correction and never got back to me.
I made an appointment with Mr. Davidson so he can make the correction. His pride would not let him admit the mistake. I had to call the IRS and placed them on speaker so he can see where he made a mistake. He was yelling at the poor IRS lady. I asked him to stop yelling at her and to listen with me so we can correct it. She was calm and I just took notes on where the mistakes were. When she was trying to teach him how to correct it he was filing others people’s taxes INFRONT of me. I could see ALL their information (isn’t that a HIPPA violation).
He printed a blank form and told me to correct it the way the IRS lady taught me to.
I believe we all make mistakes but the attitude he took by not carrying to address this was very unprofessional. Will not work with him ever again. Also the manager was never reached I believe because I never got a phone call from her. I still wouldn’t trust him to make this correction anymore. He lost my trust.

It doesn't even worth a start this place. The entire H&R business must close today. Terrible experience using Malika Shaw and Claudia Williams. I filed my tax early to be meet the deadline they messed it up and no one takes responsibility. Funny thing I even paid for H&R block peace of mind joke. Please someone help me here. I have called several time and it has been useless. YOU CALL ME IF YOU GOING TO REPLY CALL US TO HELPE! WHAT A JOKE. You have all my info call me ASAP
