I walked in there to see about getting an estimate done , and this lazy woman said it will take to long and if I'm not doing my taxes she don't wanna help me I said what if I don't like your return amount giving then what and u was greeted with an attitude by the secretary chic by the back door I'll never step a foot over there but did find somewhere to get it done and was very satisfied elsewhere

My tax rep Paula London made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I haven’t been to H&R Block for years but she made the process as smooth as possible, we laughed we walked everything went smoothly. Professionally and politely as well.

If you want to file your taxes, you will find no one better than Ms. Muhammad. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable on how to get you the best refund possible, she is incredibly friendly and personable. My wife and I spoke with Ms. Muhammad about everything under the sun as she thoroughly worked on our taxes. She sought to understand our exact tax situation and made us feel right at home. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

This was my first time doing my taxes there and I was impressed. They greet you the minute you walk into the door. They make you feel welcome. Great customer service. Definitely would be coming back next year.

Went there yesterday in the morning just to ask a simple question about the area to the receptionist as I was lost and barely anyone was around outside. The woman there replied extremely rude out of nowhere and almost turned her back to me before I could even finish. If that's how they treat someone for one simple question, I can't imagine how they'd deal with their customers. Disgusting service.
