“Friendly environment to aim for whatever goal you have set for yourself. Welcoming staff at the door. Pleasantries welcome. Adequate equipment preventing long wait times. I love the mini lick boxes next to the counter for small personal items, wallets, keys, or phones. That would be a nice option at all locations in case you dont have a personal lock to secure your items in the locker rooms. Today, I exploited the massage chair 3x's after a hard workout. Black card perk, worth it.”
“For the price, you can't beat it. Very large gym. When it's busy, you may have to wait or change your exercise plan and be flexible, but they are open until 11pm, so scheduling your time around peak hours is possible. It's pretty clean, machines I've tried all work and are not broken. I don't use their showers, so I don't know how great they are. I just go home and shower. They have all the weights and machines that I need. Even back hyper extending machines!”

“We attend the East Orange location for swimming lessons. So far it has been a great experience, the team is really friendly and energetic. My son and I were swimming in no time and my kids love attending.I just wish the premises were a little more up to date.”
