Very bad service they don’t answer their phone is been 10 days it’s supposed to return my deposit they never answer the phone. They’re very rude and very disrespectful for the customer shame on you.

Where do I begin? The East Orange location is poorly managed.1. It takes took 5-7 minutes on hold for someone to pick up a call. Adam was dry and curt every time I had the displeasure of speaking with him.2. I witnessed the vehicle that was offered to me being used to pick up another customer. It was not cleaned and sanitized as promised in advertisement.3. On the day of the rental, Hassan stated, The "computers were down," so I was not given a written rental agreement, but asked to sign on a tablet. I was not informed that the contract would be emailed. I really should have asked, but I assumed I would get paperwork when I returned the car because the computers were down.4. The gas tank was not full upon me, taking possession of the car. Thank goodness, I took a picture and pointed it out to Hassan because they tried to charge me for the tank not being full.5. I was not aware of the exact rental time because I did not get a written contract for review. I was charged a late fee for 45 minutes even though I called ahead to inquire.6. The guy with the dreads and the hat who would not give me his card was sarcastic and not helpful as I returned the car. He was condescending regarding my decision to close out the rental and kept making my poor experience about himself.In past dealings with Enterprise, I have had relatively good experiences. This location is awful from A-Z. Please take my advice, rent some place else.Safe travels!

The best staff here. You are greeted as soon as you enter, this goes a long way with me as I have gone into other close by locations and stood there for 5-8 mins before being acknowledged.

The rental car smelled like a fresh poopy diaper. When I said this to the agent, he blinked dumbly and stared at me blankly. I accepted the car because I was in a hurry and trying to swap cars from the auto body shop I was accepting the rental car from would have likely cost another hour. Renters beware! Don't fall prey to becoming a Seinfeld episode (S4E21).

Great experience at this location. Staff is responsive, courteous and efficient. It was our insurance rental and everything worked out great. Would rent here again !

I’m being generous giving a star. Honestly, I hate to leave reviews of this nature but the staff here has earned this “verbal whipping” they’re gonna receive. I reserved a car for August 19th at 9 am because I work at 10 am. I didn’t leave until 9:45 with a dirty car, empty tank and horrible customer service. I didn’t let it bother me because I’ve been there but the level of carelessness has caused me to leave the review. The kicker is I made sure to accompany Abdul during the walk thru because he looked half sleep and as if he was sobering up and I didn’t want any hiccups at someone else’s expense. During the walk through he mentioned a “dent” that was apparently there prior because there was rust. Now, this walk through occurred at approximately 9 am this morning. At approximately 12:30 I get a call about the mirror being broke. I asked “how is that possible if we conducted a walk through together?” I ended up calling corporate to resolve the issue and I tried to call back but I ended up getting in contact with Abdul who offered me to fight! Go figure!!!

The assistance manager of this particular location is very bad. Please go to other locations to rent your car because they will not tell you their policy and make you pay extra money and the assistance manager location is very disrespectful and will talk to you any how.

Rudest and most unprofessional manager Ive ever encountered in any establishment in my 22 years of existence. Would probably never ever under any circumstances ever come here again. Ill advise my friends and family to do so aswell to spare them their suffering.

The contact with the initial representative was not great. I reserved a car a month in advance and when I came to pick it up the first person at the desk told me that a car may not be available if I had not confirmed it. When I told him that I needed the car to get my child to camp, and that I had booked it a month ago, he said, "if it wasn't confirmed I don't know what to tell you". I work in customer service, that is the absolute wrong response. As it turned out the car had been confirmed. The correct response was to check the reservation first, which would have avoided the entire misunderstanding. When the situation was clarified, he took no accountability for his role in the misunderstanding, instead his manager (I assume) apologized on his behalf. Other than that initial contact, the rest of the transaction was great. The drop-off was an easy and pleasant experience.The car could have been cleaner. The side mirrors were so dirty that I could barely see out of them at night and the seats were very dusty; the car drove great.
