“Best experience ever, I'm 87 year old retired teacher, I came to this wells fargo location earlier today, to withdraw money from the ATM, while I was exiting the bank heading to my car I somehow accidentally drop a 100 bills on the floor parking lot, the armed security officer that station outside realize I did drop the money on the floor he was so calm, nice, and honest he notify me that i drop my money on the floor parking lot which mean alot to me because it was my only 100 bill to buy my medication it goes to show you there is still good human being in existence and there is a hope for humanity, I really want to thank that officer for his service and kindness I wish him the best of luck also i hope wells fargo will at least do a act of kindness for that young man mr Taylor”

“Went into the branch after unsuccessfully trying to withdraw from one of their ATMs. The Bank Teller Alex and Banker Jose were trying to assist me in no time and without complaint. An older, middle-aged, female employee came out of nowhere and started telling him out loud to focus on what he was doing before and helping me is a waste of time. Then she told me "it really is not easier for us to help you" and "you can change your PIN on your phone, I can show you" in an irritated tone. Mind you, changing a PIN (especially online) takes over three days to get mailed. I needed to withdraw immediately. Then she took my IDs from Jose as he was asking me questions. She gave them to Alex. Alex was able to help me withdraw at the counter. The unpleasant experience was the unprofessional nature of the older female employee telling a customer (me) that a request is not easier for them and informing another employee that it is wasting his time. That location is the closest one, and I've been living in the area for decades. It was my first time going inside. I thank Alex and Jose for doing their job, being patient, knowledgeable, and understanding.”
