Love animal, I been going there for about 18 yrs. They are consistent and the staff always do a great job on my dogs. The place is clean and on point.

Love here! They have tons of small animals here for sale which is a gold mine in 2023. Friendly staffwish they did shots or had programs to get discounts and referrals. Overall I enjoy and always come here ?

My mom's dog has been depressed and barking ever since coming here to get groomed just over a week ago. How do they treat the dogs here? She seems traumatized. She has always been a happy dog, but now her personality is completely different. She's depressed, anxious, jumpy, and she not eating regularly any more. We will never bring her back here. I don't think anyone should bring their pet here.

my dog be OUT OF IT every time she comes back. she's been there three times the experience got worst Everytime. I don't know if y'all don't care enough for your pets but I notice every little thing about my baby. Her name is GRACE. Im sure they remember I just took her there yesterday she's a 7 month shitzhu . First of all her appointment was at 8am I waited all day to 12pm with the bad anxiety that I have and finally went back to see what was going on. I asked how much longer and some man talking about "next time you have to let us know what time you will like to have her back" THERE WILL NEVER BE A NEXT TIME HONEY . Anyway the guy at the front told me to come back at 3pm! So yes 8 hours without my baby. Ridiculous. God knows what goes on while being groomed i don't even wanna think about it , but when she gets home and this is all 3 times she's been she tired, her pupils are cloudy after a few days they clear up, so maybe they're giving her something without my consent!!! my puppy is 7 months she VERY playful so to see her lay around and sleep for 3 days hurts my feelings. She also doesn't eat . i tried to feed her this morning like I do regularly she smelled her food and threw up. that was at 7am it's 6:11 pm she still hasn't touched her food. So I don't know I can't speak for no one else BUT NEVER AGAIN. good luck to you guys my puppy doeant deserve any of that. i can't write a review on google I see. but I'll figure it out. i love my little gracie she deserves nothing but the best. take the risk or don't but my vote is a hell no!!!!! xoxoxoxo

Terrible place!!! Avoid at all cost!! First of all I dropped my cat off at 9am for a simple cut. It took them until 5pm to be finished. They didnt even do a good job! My cat looks extremely patchy!!! Mind you, ive had her cut before at a differnent place. I only went to animal kingdom because they had sooner availability. Second, make sure you record the call when you are making an appointment. They tell you one price over the phone, and when you drop them off. When you go to pick them up they will change the price. I spoke with the owner and was told 180 for the cut. When i went to pick up my cat they changed it to 400 dollars!! Complete scam!! They were extremely rude!! Please take your pets to another groomer. Never again!!

I have been taking my dog to animal kingdom for all four years of his life. The moment Carol left, I noticed a difference in the service. I started to visit a different groomer, which does an excellent job. I was unable to take him to his current groomer, so I went back to animal kingdom. I had to send him back to get his ears cut, and I was in a rush, and when I got home, I noticed that his front legs had not been cut so I return the following Saturday to show them, and they practically put me out there store. One of store personnel was eating and told me I picked up my dog as is. The owner?? asked what I was complaining about, and when I showed him he was like there's nothing I can do about that and told me to leave. needless to say, Animal Kingdom will not see another dime from me. They think they are the only and the best, but they are five from it.

They let a small child hold my bunny while she was getting her nails trimmed. The child ofcourse, didn’t know how to properly hold her or maintain her when she kicks. The child ended up dropping my bunny on her back, I had to watch her and make sure she was okay after that. They didn’t even apologize or anything and bunnies are very fragile creatures. It was very irresponsible and I never went back. If you want your bunnies nails trimmed, I’d recommend the animal hospital since they are very gentle as they own a few bunnies themselves!Edit: Let me clarify that this situation happened last year and also that I’m aware children cannot work under any establishment. The *little boy* was called OVER by the adult staff member (my mom was there also and describes the staff member as light-skin with light eyes) and was told to hold my bunny which resulted in him dropping her. I just wanted to leave my review as I was reminded of the situation, and didn’t do so promptly after this happened. Picture of bunny that was dropped(Grey) who came in with her sister(Brown):

This spot is definitely a go to place to have all your furbaby groomed by Ashley she's caring patience with difficult pets and takes pride in her craft. Thank you so much for having an amazing person at this establishment and the prices are reasonable.

My baby Nutmeg looks so cute with his new cut just in time for spring, this is his first grooming at Animal Kingdom, I opted to support in “my” community. Pricing is pretty comparable, although I thought it might’ve been cheaper because of his size (3lbs) and he didn’t have that much hair from the onset, I also though it should’ve included teeth brushing. He smells amazing! Need to get the name of that scent. Would recommend to my pet parent friends!
